.... When was the last time, you really look at yourself in the mirror? ... no just putting on makeup or shaving does not count.  When did you look at yourself with the true intention of looking at yourself? Of admiring that one of a kind, unique and extraordinary individual you?  ... How about your children, spouse, partner, family, friends.... How about admiring your home (or is it only a house?  It's your call) ... When  did you last notice how tall the tree, standing just outside the door (or "the kids"), how it's (their) shadow now graced you as you stood beneath?  Ah, how Susan,  Pepe or Mercy's grandchildren were starting school?  Oh my, where did time go? Where did I stopped living lost in the land of bills, running the yellows, puffing as you reached your desk... Before even knowing how repeating it again and  even wondering how you got there!!!
NOW, STOP! Take reign of YOUR LIFE! You can, you regardless the circumstance in the economy, the  city you exist at, or your own home.  You have a blank canvas in which to paint IT on. Start really living, ALLOW JOY into your LIFE! Take over NOW! Choose to really LIVE!  Make an inventory of how you are wasting your existence... Make the necessary shifts to allow yourself to grow, experience the small details that escape you that can bring happiness back into your everyday living... Create sacred, private space in your car, work, home!  Listen to life, even to the sound of silence... Stop and not just "smell the roses," ...better yet, touch them too! Allow the frown to turn into a smile, forgive yourself and others, let your inner child loose, be grateful for all, it's not just good for you, it's healthy too!
