In this video, I describe the different ways in which your auric and energy systems in your body are affected by our emotions or daily activities. I actually always, or most always, display a highly spiritual auric body, yet here, you will see how my aura shows a light red to orange color in a highly dynamic way.  Also, I will show you how with just a simple change to a meditative state it changes colors in front of your eyes. 



I was fixing computer cables and was quite frustrated, then with a swift change to a relaxed simple and meditative state it showed a marked change.  You too can do that in your daily life learning how to make the best of all situations.
