No Matter the Circumstances, YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE, BREAK THE CHAINS AND LIVE JOYFULLY WITH YOUR CHOICES!

To be happy regardless the circumstances, you have to truly believe in your higher good within and in your innate freedom of choice. No matter the hurtful words and actions, that according to those who utter them for "your wellbeing or because according to them, you are either not well or do not know what you are doing," you are empowered to not react to their provocation and remain steadfast to your Divine being and thought processes. You DO have freedom of choice!

You are a unique soul, you know you are worth the highest of your possibilities and no matter how "well intentioned" is he/she who degrades your beliefs, your looks, your life mission or dreams and most importantly, your perception and its difference from theirs, you deserve to achieve them, be happy with your choices and truly deserve the respect you command as a sacred soul living a human experience.

We all come to the planet with a set of goals, missions, lessons and enlightenment to achieve. It may not be easy lessons or experiences, but they are part of our journey and with our inherent human free will, we have the choice of how to respond and most importantly know from the bottom of our heart and soul that our sacred contractual projections are to be respected first by us and then everyone else.

Remain steadfast in the course of your dreams, your mind is free and the truth is yours to rejoice in. Strength and wisdom are not in the accusing fingers, but rather in the enlightened mind who is not affected by the hurtful words or actions and chooses to rise well beyond it all and still thrive and triumph!

May 1st "A Blessed and Joyful Beltane"

May 1 • Cancer Moon (Water) • Taurus Sun (Earth) Today is the traditional celebration day for Beltane. The Wheel of the Year cross-quarter days (the timings that fall between the solstices and equinoxes) developed a traditional day they were celebrated on over the years. However, it's frequently different than the exact point astrologically. The exact point is when they fall astrologically between the solstice and the equinox.

This year the celebrated date is May 1st (for Beltane it’s also called May Day). The exact point of the cross-quarter is May 5th. So anytime between May 1st - 6th would be a good time to honor this timing.

Beltane is the cross-quarter Wheel of the Year point following Spring Equinox. Also known as May Day, it marks the starting point of the turn toward summer. The flowers are in full bloom, and the days are definitely longer.  Beltane, halfway around the Wheel from Samhain, (which the Southern hemisphere is experiencing right now).

Beltane celebrates the light life-giving portion of the cycle, while Samhain represents the dark time of year, and the dying away portion of the cycle. At both of these windows, the veil between the worlds is thin, so stay open for magical messages from the spirit realm.

Beltane is the starting point for the growing summer season. The young “sun” or “son” who was born at Winter Solstice has grown into a God and now becomes the partner of the Goddess in order to fertilize the fields for the abundant harvest. The Solar Fire God and the Earth Goddess unite now and bring forth life to feed the multitudes.

This union of Earth and Fire is essential for the growth of crops, so it is honored with feasting and ceremony to ensure the fertility of the land. Here, we celebrate the union of the Goddess and God, the great sacred marriage.

Symbols and dances of sacred union and fertility abound. The dance of the May Pole, for instance, represents and celebrates the powerful union of the masculine and feminine principles.

Ask yourself how your inner feminine and inner masculine are working together to manifest your dreams and desires. Journal with each one. Then have them talk to each other about how they are creating together.

Ask the Cancer moon what will nurture your inner sacred marriage and support your manifestation capacity.

WHAT IS WESAK AND
WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?

Wesak is the most important of the Buddhist festivals and is celebrated on the full moon in May. It celebrates the Buddha's birthday, and, for some Buddhists, also marks his enlightenment and death.

Buddha literally means 'one who is awake' and has become enlightened. It is a term that denotes a person who has attained the supreme wisdom and compassion of Enlightenment.

Many of Buddha's disciples have attained Enlightenment, and there have been many other Enlightened teachers.

The celebration of Wesak is a chance to remember the story of how the Buddha gained Enlightenment, and to reflect on what it might mean for individual Buddhists to move towards Enlightenment themselves.

Celebrations

The festival is celebrated with much colour and gaiety. Homes may be cleaned and decorated. In Thailand, for example, special Wesak lanterns are made of paper and wood, and often there a large ceremonial releases of caged birds.

In many countries during the festival, Buddhists will visit their local temple for services and teaching, and will give offerings to the monks of food, candles and flowers. Traditional dancer at Buddhist shrine Traditional dancer at Buddhist shrine.

Chanting and praying are an important part of Wesak. The 'Bathing the Buddha' ceremony is also often included. Water is poured over the shoulders of the Buddha and serves as a reminder to purify the mind from greed, hatred and ignorance.

Chinese Buddhists incorporate elements of their country's culture into their religious celebrations like the traditional dancing dragons.

Gifts are taken to an altar to be offered to the Buddha statues. This shows respect and gratitude to the Buddha for his life and teachings.

If there is food it is usually vegetarian as Buddhists try not to harm animals.

La fiesta de Beltane nos trae pasión y fertilidad. En la rueda del año Celta, la celebración de Beltane está ante nosotros. Ellen Dugan, en unos escritos Celtas, alaba la belleza de los jardines y de los bosques, que están verdes y frondosos. La temperatura es agradable y las ideas se tornan apasionadas. En la sabiduría popular, todas las flores azules -violetas, hierba de la doncella, tulipanes y las primeras hortensias, son sagradas para la diosa griega Afrodita. En Beltane trabaja con ella para añadir un poco de pasión y romanticismo a tu vida. Recuerda que afrodita no trae un amor a tu vida, pero sí aporta atracción, romanticismo, pasión y amor físico. Para las parejas estables es magnífico para dar sabor a la relación.

Para usar la energía de Afrodita recoge algunas flores azules del jardín y átalas con una cinta satinada. Pon las flores en un recipiente con agua y ofréceselas a Afrodita juunto con este hechizo para Beltane:
“En la festividad de Beltane intentaré algo nuevo: pedir las bendiciones de Afrodita con flores azules. Sin duda, traerás pasión y diversión a mi vida. Quizá me bendigas con magia y romanticismo esta noche.”

Beltane, es la fiesta de la pasión.
Ante todo, Beltane es el festival pagano del fuego y la fertilidad, también conocido como el Primero de Mayo, cuando bailamos alrededor de el Palo de Mayo. Las cintas rojas y blancas que se entretejen alrededor de esta vara simbolizan la fusión sagrada de las energías femenina y masculina que son la fuerza vital creadora.

Puedes usar tus cintas trenzadas para ofrecerlas a tu altar en forma de corazón.
Otra de las costumbres es saltar por encima del fuego de Beltane para purificarse.

En esta noche el velo que separa los mundos es tan tenue como en Samhain.   Es otra de las noches para conversar con los difuntos y llevar a cabo actos de adivinación.

Life, the divine, god, the universe, all that there is communicates with us an infinite amount of times through signs...  yes, signs everywhere from the sky and the cloud formations, the amazing light shows from the sun and moon.... to symbols on the most unsuspected of places like the dust on bathroom floor, its tiles and even the soap residue on the glass or curtain reflecting through the light.... not to mention on trees, nature, even through the rustling sound of the leaves, we hear words, experience feelings, thoughts.... ahhh we have totem animals, and those little or sometimes, large nature brothers and sisters from the animal kingdom... attached you will see a magnificent creature, a frog, who greeted me at 4:00 am today...  he was so smart as he looked at me straight in the eye.... I felt a great awe as I shared a moment in time with him.... he indeed had message for me... Be open and receptive for the signs and guidance from above in all places or things all around us and grow, my friends grow....
