Over 50 laps around the dining room table and countless ups and downs from bed, the kitchen, living room and more.... Ahhh the perils of a mom's many nights with Autism....unsurpassed love, true dedication, strength and courage.... I share this so you can see, never judge a book by its cover... that big smile, understanding to those around, and seemingly happy life can be true love put to test, gratitude for the chance to have made it to work, while still having energy, and a job, plus to God for the knowledge to do better and one's best beyond the circumstances, while beating all odds. How can I teach from my heart? ....And very effectively as well? .....

....... 'Cause, not only do I share the professional knowledge, most importantly, I share life experience of survival against all odds in dealing with what for others can be catasthropic.... Like on going heart failure conditions and related outcomes (having faced death and the perils of surviving it), severe autism and all of its colors, Beckwith Wiederman and its challenges, single motherhood of four, putting most through the university, dealing with multiple jobs/passions, financial lessons and many endless sleepless nights as tonight with a neverending jumping bunny, who cannot understand why you want him to stop jumping..... He's only been foing it for 6 hours.... Yet, I can smile, have faith it will all turn out well, forgive those who left us by ourselves to deal with the challenging world of survival of the fittest, be calm and in control, use what I preach and teach and most importantly really appreciate the life lessons, the so called yougurts who try to sour one's life, yet are those who you have to appreciate for giving you the gifts of strength, resilliency, and wisdom to know the difference.... We are always taking the best care possible of all those around us. Whether at home, professionally, the environment, the politics, the education, the faith, even to total strangers we give our most intense attention. Not to mention, our partners, children, parents, family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, our pets, those who give us their services, even those we called our not so liked ones. Of course it is really wonderful to do so. We are the “Energizer Bunnies” with our neverending commitments to all those who share our existence.

Now, let us back up and re-evaluate. If we do not take care of ourselves with the same enthusiasm and even better, with the same total dedication, how can we really take care of everything else? We need to start nurturing our inner and outer selves with total devotion. No we are not narcissistic, nor self-centered as it would seem. We are taking care of ourselves to better serve those around us.

By this I mean allow time for you. Time to grow in all aspects of your life. Time to educate yourself better, to eat better, to grow spiritually, to learn to love your body as the grand temple that holds your unique and superb spirit. To say no to superfluous things that rob joy from your life. To eliminate those things and issues that belittle you or make you feel inferior, much worse, that make you doubt yourself. There are toxic people, situations, things that extract the positive energy from your life. Those energy vampires that take from you, not jointly allow each other to grow and thrive.

We have the power to change it all. To make the best of it all. To become that infinite being that is so unique, so special, that there is no other in the entire existence. Below I list various ways and tools to aid you in your journey to self-discovery, growth, and enjoyment.

- Take time to seriously enjoy those things, songs, places, people, pets, and others that truly matter to you.

-Make time for yourself. Yes, sacred time, whether to paint your nails, read your favorite book, or tend your garden

- Allow yourself to feel pretty, yes, feel pretty.

- Get that nice dress or jeans, that special hat, that shirt and shorts that make you feel young and attractive at any age.

- Do not be afraid to look in the mirror. Admire your best features, yes, you are beautiful or handsome.

- There is no one like you, you have uniquely designed features that make you truly extraordinary

- Go out by yourself and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee, tea, wine, dinner, lunch, breakfast.

- Eat healthy, eat well to nourish your body and soul. Truly enjoy every bite, taking time to experience the flavor of the food. Allow yourself the time to see the colors, smell the food or drink. Feel the texture, allow it to make you feel good and fulfilled.

- Explore new places to visit by yourself or with a special person which mutually bring out the best in each other. They can be a friend, a significant other, or even just your pet. Try at it all by yourself.

- Enjoy your silence at a park, restaurant, the sea, a library, book store, somewhere in which you feel really good.

- Start that hobby that for so long you didn’t for lack of time, encouragement, or lack of guts. Enjoy it fully, give it your best. Allow yourself to really get into it, enjoy it to its fullest potential. You never know, it may become a way of earning a living, while doing what you love best.

- Enjoy nature, really experience the beauty in it. Notice the tree in the avenue which you passed by for thirty years, yet did not notice its presence. Hear the birds sing, by rally paying attention and noticing how many are there as you stop under at tree on a red light, even in the midst of rush hour traffic. Feel the breeze caress your face, let it speak to you its secrets, its wisdom of the ages. Lay next to a tree or place your favorite chair as you basque in its marvelous shadow. Let is bring you its peace. Go out to your yard at night and experience it in its darkness. You will be amazed by all the things you will discover. The stars, the moon, the crickets and other inhabitants of the night. Let it bring you its beauty.

- Dance as if no one is watching. Twirl, jump, and shake to your favorite tune. Allow yourself to become one with the sound of the music, the lyrics, the feeling of the song. Float with a ballet, feel the music touch your soul.

- Discover your city as a tourist. You will be amazed of how many new places that can be part of your private life, and yes of your shared life with family and friends. Go in a discovery or even geocatching tour.

- Go to the beach and act as a child allowing yourself to play ball or with the sand. Create a sand castle allowing yourself to dream along. Really experience the water, the sea let it cleanse your body and soul with its mighty force and energy. It can cleanse you of noxious energies lounging around you. Allow yourself to blend with it letting it purify, and replace the negative with positive recharged feelings and enlightenment. Yes, the openness of your inner child plus the cleansing of the sea water can create wonders for you.

- Create a “Me” space where ever you are. You can create a corner in your bedroom, even a room all of its own, a drawer at work, your glove compartment in your car, a “mojo bag” in your purse, a place in your backyard, even in a public park where you can find a rock or tree where you can always go to when you want to find peace, tranquility, and joy.

- Learn to meditate, to go inside yourself, to find your most inner voice and divinity within. Allow it to speak to you. Listen carefully to its message. You will learn so much from your own wisdom inside.

- Develop new skills or polish existing ones, as to feel empowered in your profession.

- Learn that assertiveness does not mean being less feminine, nor being aggressive. Stand up for your rights in a diplomatic, yet empowered way.

- Learn to say No, it is a very important word in the dictionary.

- Start a Resolution Journal, a Life Journal, a Empowerment Journal… journaling will allow you to express yourself without restrictions, to see established patterns in actions or situations in your life. They will allow you to real self-motivation and growth. Whichever journal you decide to take on, will help you dwelve deep inside your soul, your feelings, your potential, your dreams, aspirations, your pains, your triumphs, YOUR LIFE!

- Treat yourself to a massage, a facial, a manicure or pedicure, in other words a nurturing service that will make you feel revitalized, beautiful, pampered and cared for. You deserve it.

- Sleep late on a weekend, hang a DO NOT DISTURB sign on whatever room you happen to be in, even if it is the kitchen. Allow yourself to enjoy the magic of its smells and wonders. Enjoy long baths or special showers. Read a novel in a rainy afternoon.

IN OTHER WORDS LEARN TO LIVE LIFE TO ITS FULLEST. SO YOU CAN GIVE THE BEST TO NOT JUST YOU THEN, BUT TO ALL THAT YOU CROSS PATHS IN THIS MAGNIFICENT EXISTENCE ON OUR LUXURY PLANET: EARTH!

I have intentionally repeated the word allow in many places. This is because, we must allow ourselves to be, to experience life in its fullest potential, to be the best person that we can be. Only by nurturing ourselves seriously, can we give ourselves to all others with whom we so lovingly share our existence with.So allow yourself time, space and caring for you.

Yes, you are a wonderful spouse, mother, daughter, friend, neighbor by doing so. You will be more centered, calmer, more rested, recharged, happier, prettier.

Don’t you think you would give them a better you this way? I DO NOT THINK SO, I KNOW SO. Go for it, you won’t be sorry you did.

REAL MEANS OF ACHIEVING YOUR RESOLUTIONS IN 2012! Part 1 of the ACHIEVING YOUR DREAMS NOW SERIES

2012 is finally here. It looks as if it is a mirage or something else... 2012 is REALLY here! It seemed only yesterday that the 2010 Christmas tree was being put down. Now, the 2012 Summer Olympics are already being advertised on TV and here in 6 months. Where did time go? How old am I? How about my children, partner, parents? My friends are getting older, with grey hair, how do I look to them? HA the best one yet, how do I see myself? I already got an AARP invitation!

Does the above resonate with you? Do the following words or phrases sound familiar: FREEDOM, CHOICES, BLANK SLATE, MIDDLE AGE, FREEDOM TO ENJOY THE SMALL BUT SUBSTANTIAL THINGS IN LIFE, "REAL" SUCCESS, START FRESH, GO FOR IT, I AM STARTING TO LIVE NOW, IT’S THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE, EXPERIENCE IN THE UNIVERSITY OF LIFE DOES NOT GET REPLACED BY ANYTHING...NOT EVEN A MASTERS DEGREE FROM THE "REGULAR" UNIVERSITY, I CAN DO IT ATTITUDE,I LOVE MY NOT SO SKINNY BODY, I AM PROUD TO BE ME, IT IS MY TIME NOW!FR

Well, whether you are 40, 50, 60, 70 and above time is going faster, at least our notion of it. We do have so much to do, so much that WE CAN DO. We have a new year staring at our face now and all the opportunities in the universe knocking at our door. It is up to us to learn from the past, look forward to a great future, but start living now!

We have all been faced with great challenges during 2011, it is now that we can change what went wrong during that period of our life, learn from it, take the best from it and go forth to a new and renewed outlook.

First let us look at a few things we can do to move forth at this wonderful time:

1.Make a list of 3, most 5 real, reachable and honest resolutions. Pick those which spark your dreams, yet with some effort can be achieved. You can add more as you reach these first set. Write them on a Resolution Journal, this can be a real book, a Word document, or whatever suits your fancy, but that you will write not just your goals, but the means intended to reach each one.

• First write them all together in one group. Illustrate that page just like you would a Treasure Journal.

• Place pictures, mementos, or items that remind you of your achievement of those resolution already achieved.

• Give yourself rewards for achieving each one. List them there too.

• Then devote one set of pages to each of the 3 to 5 resolutions, there write the details, the how to reach them, the good, the challenges to be met and overcome, and most important the motivation to reach them.

• Make it a habit to visit this Resolution Journal on a daily basis.

• Feel the dreams, the hopes, the aspirations, the results already achieved.

• Make daily inputs of your thoughts, achievements, challenges, revisions (yes, revisions!)

• Post a translucent sheet holder in your bathroom mirror, your wall next to your bed, the door that you leave your home from, your kitchen, next to your computer or where you spend most time at.

• Place different motivational sheets inside whether handmade or computer made, the important thing is that they motivate and remind you of keeping your dream alive.

• Even on your backyard’s favorite tree, you can add a motivational pathway around it and write on it with waterproof ink your motivations and goals.

• Every night before going to sleep see yourself already with the resolutions achieved, with your check marks filled as done, your rewards enjoyed and feeling really fulfilled and joyful.

• Every day give expressive thanks and gratitude for the day you are about to start and project in your mind’s eye the great tasks you will achieve that day. No matter the weather, the task at hand, the issues pending, the challenges ahead, if you prepare yourself for a better or even great day, issues will resolve easier, you will be able to deal with all the day brings with a strong attitude of achievement and success. YOU WILL SUCCEED!

• Allow a reasonable amount of time for each goal to be reached. Do not allow any negative feeling to come knocking at your door and let it in. Close your mind to all the fast balls thrown at you that come in the form of ideas of defeat, the past failures, or even other voices that, though well meant, deter you from your achievement of your resolutions.

• Spread reminders regarding your resolutions in your car, purse, office, work, gym, computer, etc.

• Find links and triggers in many of your daily chores. Triggers can be in the songs you hear, the magazines you read, the food you eat, the clothes/colors/jewelry you wear.

• Change the way you speak to a positive, now driven style speech. Speak in the positive mode.

• Project positive thoughts processes, expect the good in all, feel and see the better side of all.

• Have immense faith, in which ever way you worship. Allow your prayer to be dynamic, positively driven, result oriented, and filled with emotional empowerment.

Most of all DO NOT GIVE UP, no matter the circumstances, the difficulties. There is always light after the darkest night, the sun always comes up and is shining behind the densest of clouds. You CAN AND WILL SUCCEED, JUST BELIEVE, ACHIEVE, ENJOY, AND ALLOW YOURSELF THE THRILL OF SUCCESS!

Diciembre 2, 2011: Despertar antes de la salida del Sol puede ser difícil, especialmente durante el fin de semana. El sábado 10 de diciembre, posiblemente le de gusto haberlo hecho. Durante las primeras horas de la mañana, en el Oeste de América del Norte, se podrá ver un eclipse total de Luna.

El evento se iniciará alrededor de las 4:45 de la madrugada (hora oficial del Pacífico), cuando la gran sombra roja de la Tierra caiga sobre el disco lunar. Hacia las 6:05 de la mañana (hora oficial del Pacífico), la Luna estará completamente envuelta en luz roja. Este evento (el último eclipse total de Luna hasta el año 2014) será visible desde el lado del Pacífico de América del Norte, a través de todo el Océano Pacífico, hasta Asia y Europa Oriental: mapa de visibilidad en el mundo.

Para quienes habitan el Occidente de Estados Unidos, el eclipse será más intenso justo antes del amanecer local. Mire hacia el Oeste para ver la Luna roja hundiéndose en el horizonte mientras el Sol se levanta a su espalda. Es una extraña forma de comenzar el día.

La Luna no sólo será hermosamente roja, sino que también se verá ampliada por la ilusión lunar. Por razones que los astrónomos o los psicólogos todavía no entienden por completo, la Luna a baja altura parece más grande que lo normal cuando se la ve a través de los árboles, de los edificios y de otros objetos que se encuentran en el fondo. De hecho, una Luna baja no es más grande que cualquier otra Luna (las cámaras lo prueban), pero el cerebro humano insiste en lo contrario. Podría parecer desconcertante que la Luna se torne roja cuando ingresa en la sombra de la Tierra; ¿no se supone que las sombras son oscuras? En este caso, la delicada capa de aire polvoroso que rodea a nuestro planeta enrojece y redirecciona la luz del Sol, llenando de este modo la oscuridad que se ubica por detrás de la Tierra con un brilloso tono rojizo como el de una puesta de Sol. El tono exacto (cualquiera que vaya desde anaranjado brilloso hasta el rojo sangre es posible) depende del impredecible estado de la atmósfera en el momento en el cual tiene lugar el eclipse. Como le encantaba decir a Jack Horkheimer (1938-2010), del Planetario de Tránsito Espacial de Miami (Miami Space Transit Planetarium, en idioma inglés): "Sólo la sombra sabe".

Pero el científico atmosférico Richard Keen, de la Universidad de Colorado, también podría saber. Durante años él ha estudiado eclipses lunares como un medio para monitorizar las condiciones en la parte superior de la atmósfera de la Tierra y se ha convertido en un experto en pronosticar estos eventos.

"Probablemente este eclipse sea de color naranja brillante, o incluso de color cobrizo, con un posible toque de turquesa en los bordes", predice él.

La estratósfera de la Tierra es la clave: "Durante un eclipse lunar, la mayor parte de la luz que ilumina la Luna pasa a través de la estratósfera, donde es enrojecida por dispersión", explica Keen. "Si la estratósfera está llena de polvo que proviene de erupciones volcánicas, el eclipse será oscuro; una estratósfera limpia, por otro lado, produce un eclipse más brillante. En este momento, la estratósfera está casi limpia, con poca entrada de polvo de volcanes recientes".

Eso explica el brillo del eclipse, pero ¿qué sucede con el "toque de turquesa"?

"La luz que pasa a través de la parte superior de la estratósfera penetra en la capa de ozono, la cual absorbe la luz roja y, de hecho, hace que el rayo de luz que pasa por allí se torne más azul. Esto se puede ver como un margen azul suave alrededor del centro rojo de la sombra de la Tierra".

Busque el turquesa cerca del inicio del eclipse, cuando el borde de la sombra de la Tierra barra el terreno lunar, aconseja Richard Keen.

Un gran eclipse de Luna, de color rojo brillante y con un toque de turquesa suave, tendrá lugar el sábado 10 de diciembre. Despierte y disfrute del espectáculo.

THE PEOPLE

Today we have gathered and we see that the cycles of life continue. We have been given the duty to live in balance and harmony with each other and all living things. So now, we bring our minds together as one as we give greetings and thanks to each other as people.

Now our minds are one.

THE EARTH MOTHER

We are all thankful to our Mother, the Earth, for she gives us all that we need for life. She supports our feet as we walk about upon her. It gives us joy that she continues to care for us as she has from the beginning of time. To our mother, we send greetings and thanks.

Now our minds are one.

THE WATERS

We give thanks to all the waters of the world for quenching our thirst and providing us with strength. Water is life. We know its power in many forms-waterfalls and rain, mists and streams, rivers and oceans. With one mind, we send greetings and thanks to the spirit of Water.

Now our minds are one.

THE FISH

We turn our minds to the all the Fish life in the water. They were instructed to cleanse and purify the water. They also give themselves to us as food. We are grateful that we can still find pure water. So, we turn now to the Fish and send our greetings and thanks.

THE PLANTS

Now we turn toward the vast fields of Plant life. As far as the eye can see, the Plants grow, working many wonders. They sustain many life forms. With our minds gathered together, we give thanks and look forward to seeing Plant life for many generations to come.

THE FOOD PLANTS

With one mind, we turn to honor and thank all the Food Plants we harvest from the garden. Since the beginning of time, the grains, vegetables, beans and berries have helped the people survive. Many other living things draw strength from them too. We gather all the Plant Foods together as one and send them a greeting of thanks.

Now our minds are one.

THE MEDICINE HERBS

Now we turn to all the Medicine herbs of the world. From the beginning they were instructed to take away sickness. They are always waiting and ready to heal us. We are happy there are still among us those special few who remember how to use these plants for healing. With one mind, we send greetings and thanks to the Medicines and to the keepers of the Medicines.

Now our minds are one.

THE ANIMALS

We gather our minds together to send greetings and thanks to all the Animal life in the world. They have many things to teach us as people. We are honored by them when they give up their lives so we may use their bodies as food for our people. We see them near our homes and in the deep forests. We are glad they are still here and we hope that it will always be so.

Now our minds are one.

THE TREES

We now turn our thoughts to the Trees. The Earth has many families of Trees who have their own instructions and uses. Some provide us with shelter and shade, others with fruit, beauty and other useful things. Many people of the world use a Tree as a symbol of peace and strength. With one mind, we greet and thank the Tree life.

Now our minds are one.

THE BIRDS

We put our minds together as one and thank all the Birds who move and fly about over our heads. The Creator gave them beautiful songs. Each day they remind us to enjoy and appreciate life. The Eagle was chosen to be their leader. To all the Birds-from the smallest to the largest-we send our joyful greetings and thanks.

Now our minds are one.

THE FOUR WINDS

We are all thankful to the powers we know as the Four Winds. We hear their voices in the moving air as they refresh us and purify the air we breathe. They help us to bring the change of seasons. We give thanks to the Stars who are spread across the sky like jewelry. We see them in the night, helping the Moon to light the darkness and bringing dew to the gardens and growing things. THE ENLIGHTENED TEACHERS

We gather our minds to greet and thank the enlightened Teachers who have come to help throughout the ages. When we forget how to live in harmony, they remind us of the way we were instructed to live as people. With one mind, we send greetings and thanks to these caring teachers.

What can I do to be more thankful, feel happier, fulfilled, accomplished and live harmoniously in great joy?

When you say, I do not have enough of this or that and yet have health, money to spend and enjoy, freedom to go anywhere, say anything you desire, and are alive?

Well look around and see how others have survived enormous hurdles of faith, life, health, finances, and so much more still feel immensely rich, have a life filled with joy, a faith that move mountains, can smell the flowers regardless the rain, can see beyond human so called limitations, believe deeply in the power of now, their own divine within, magic in the air... everywhere, and are so filled with gratitude for the divine, that their lives exudes it from every pore and spiritual component of their existence.

I am sooooooo thrilled to have had an incredible year, thus I am so grateful …..

… for all the angels who like you have accompanied the incredible journey of 2011. Those who even though were not my own blood family and those who were, gave me more than they could in support, money, great love, extraordinary memories, and most of all for being there when I could not stand on my own… When my legs trembled, as I stood steadfast seeing a world crumble in many aspects, yet had the faith and support to know it would not!

…. for allowing me to see the marvels of life and experience up close the process of dying and the immense joy of having a faith of steel knowing that even when death was staring at us in the face, the lord, my guides and angels kept on saying do not give up, “Life, Faith Will Triumph… AND IT DID!” Allowing me to start an incredible path of recovery, with a great woman of honor, my mom. She is thriving, getting better and better (as Silva says), and looking forward to becoming part of Godspeed (which will return!), now that she is retired…. And with a great story to tell!

…. for allowing me to experience the endless joy, spirituality, growth, belief and so many other marvelous experiences in Godspeed: Believe, Achieve, Enjoy & Succeed!... For its beautiful center, which even though temporarily closed, its well and alive in my mind and soul… for its future center now in creation in my heart and mind… For the people, soul sisters, twin flames who came, for those who got to experience the exceptional shifts in energy, the presence of the lord, angels and enlightened beings… for the healings of all kinds, for the sharing, caring, the wonderful magic, great faith, loving groups, fun times… They will return and soon my friends… Now better, stronger, more resilient, and with even bigger experiences to share… That is something to rejoice about… Go for it and BELIEVE!

… for knowing that when times have been tough, the money short, the tiredness and lack of sleep from endless nights of caring for our sick loved ones were taking a toll on one… our true belief, extraordinary tools and life experience with what I preach and teach every day of my life, proved to be, what many call incredible…. It proved to be infallible, allowing me to regardless of the challenges and hurdles to still laugh, live, love greatly, and yes look at the stars, flowers (even those just coming out from a hole in the middle of the pavement), enjoy the small but true great things on life like your adult/child’s hug and kiss, your dog’s joyful grateful jumps when she saw you, your mother’s first moment recognizing you after longs days of a faded gaze and not knowing who you were… to love all of you in my life beyond human strength, yes blessing you all every day for all that you mean to me, my family, and those lucky enough to have crossed paths with you, thank you! …. For the whispers of the lord and ascended masters when the wind caressed one’s ear saying: “All is Well Child, All IS Well, Just Believe.” And I did, do, and will… in an eternal NOW!

Thank you for being part of this journey, for being the unique you are, for the times shared, the tears dried, the bear and group hugs, the laughs and joys, the good, bad, and ugly for those taught us great lessons, made us all better, gave us the strength resiliency, and faith to conquer all.

There are movies that say: "How does she do it...". I say I know better and how and where this Grande Dame of Medicine gets her strength and can go through incredible challenges, conduct amazing feats, lead by example, and still BE a being of mercy, compassion, and have a great vision...

Have you ever being so tired, fed up, and upset that you felt like quitting all? Have you ever had no money to pay anything and had a large family to feed?

Have you ever had so many responsibilities that you thought you could not handle them all? Had your mind ever failed in the fact that you started forgetting things, feeling so tired and worn out that you had no strength to go on?

I feel that lately most everyone has had major challenges in their lives. I strongly feel that in this accelerated times in which time has sped up to incredible levels, mankind is reacting in many negative ways thus creating a downward spiral. We all know of a place of work where someone is being abused, ignored, not given the chances they deserve, and worse yet have gotten fired, not for a less than satisfactory performance, but for a selfish, ego, or otherwise related issue.

It is my strongest concern that if we do not take immediate action, we will be really consumed by this dark cloud and to me that is the real end, not the ones announced where for sensationalism they say “the world is about to end.” What a negative connotation!

It is time my dear friends to take over! To get along better, to think better of our present, future, and to learn from our past experiences to allow us to develop in all areas of our lives.

We can no matter the circumstances, if we decide to get our lives back in control. We can by stopping, yes stopping and taking a clear inventory of what is going on. Take a true assessment of the situation. Detach yourself from outcome or circumstance. Place yourself in a movie theater and be the director of the film that is your life. You will be in charge of actually moving the film backward or forward as to get a better view or perspective of it all. See where patterns are re-developing, where you can be making the same mistake over and over, where you feel real good, note those issues in which you excel. Yes, where you excel! We always concentrate in the negative aspects of issues, and that brings us down. It brings on to a lower level of vibrational state, where we can only see the dark side.

Well, it is time to allow ourselves to live again. If it is money, see what hobby you have that at the same time of enjoying it, you can make money from. If it is relationship based, analyse the pros and cons.

Better yet, in all situations make yourself a list of the good and the not so good. Then prioritize the good side on the top ten items that can help you thrive again, make you feel good about, give you an opportunity to make the funds you need. On the good side place all your feelings that lift you, your faith, your good relations, your best sides at work, your hobbies, your friends, your resources. On the bad side place all that bothers, hurts, stops, blocks, those who are being nasty to you, issues that do not allow you to grow at work, home, school or a relationship. Once you actually get to see the list a shift will happen in your mind. You will feel more in control and will be able to start to see where and how you can make a change.

YOU CAN MAKE A CHANGE!

You can be creative, you can leave that bad relationship, you can make money out of the hobby laying in the attic, you can be happy again, you can enhance your work by learning something new to feel good about.
You can speak out to your boss and tell them that you intend to take a class, improve on your performance, would love for them to coach you, let them see your positive intention.

Now on your mind, that is where the true and tried rebirth begins. Allow yourself to cut away the strings that attach you to the bad memories, to dump the heavy stones in the backpack that weigh you down. Decide to look at the past and learn, look at your present and future to decide who you are, who you will be from this moment forward!
Ahhh, it feels so good to know that you are in control.

There is so much more that you can learn with a good coach, so much to acquire with interactive classes and workshops directly related to your thriving and moving forth.

Wesak... infinite love, mercy, compassion and enlightenment!

... As I sang my praise to the night celebrating Wesak, the most infinite love gently floating through the air and infiltrating my core being.... I was greeted, by the frog clan on my porch's plants, whoose eyes gleemed with the sacred sheen of the Wesak Moon... I felt a great awe and humility for the grand spectacle I was honored to see and capture on film.... she, grandmother moon was at her pinacle of beauty showing me in each photo her magnificent splendor.... I sang with all my heart, I prayed, decreed, and more... I blessed us all in divine intervention for the sake of our grand connection with that divinity within that unites us all ... it is our great responsibility to bring true enlightenment and the freedom that knowledge brings, a humble greatness shared by the great ascended masters who so lovingly share with us their love, wisdom, and infinite compassion.... we are one... a song through the wind whispers we are one... the light of the moon shines, we are one...

For the longest time, all that know me, has heard from me about the time space continium, the no time/space concept into which time and space both expand and contract creating a vacuum where extraordinary travel at all levels can happen.... Also, how I feel we live in a multi-dimensional universe in which, we live multiple lives, co-existing in a multitude of parallel universes, which again co-exist in parallel dimensions... ie. like when we are asleep and we lead a continual dream... others are astral travel... inter-galaxy travel... soon we will discover that many so called science fiction tales were either true or at least partly true... also the precursors to many other marvelous new re-discoveries....

NASA Announces Results of Epic
Space-Time Experiment

May 4, 2011: Einstein was right again. There is a space-time vortex around Earth, and its shape precisely matches the predictions of Einstein's theory of gravity.

Researchers confirmed these points at a press conference today at NASA headquarters where they announced the long-awaited results of Gravity Probe B (GP-B).

"The space-time around Earth appears to be distorted just as general relativity predicts," says Stanford University physicist Francis Everitt, principal investigator of the Gravity Probe B mission.

"This is an epic result," adds Clifford Will of Washington University in St. Louis. An expert in Einstein's theories, Will chairs an independent panel of the National Research Council set up by NASA in 1998 to monitor and review the results of Gravity Probe B. "One day," he predicts, "this will be written up in textbooks as one of the classic experiments in the history of physics."

Time and space, according to Einstein's theories of relativity, are woven together, forming a four-dimensional fabric called "space-time." The mass of Earth dimples this fabric, much like a heavy person sitting in the middle of a trampoline. Gravity, says Einstein, is simply the motion of objects following the curvaceous lines of the dimple.

If Earth were stationary, that would be the end of the story. But Earth is not stationary. Our planet spins, and the spin should twist the dimple, slightly, pulling it around into a 4-dimensional swirl. This is what GP-B went to space in 2004 to check.

The idea behind the experiment is simple:

Put a spinning gyroscope into orbit around the Earth, with the spin axis pointed toward some distant star as a fixed reference point. Free from external forces, the gyroscope's axis should continue pointing at the star--forever. But if space is twisted, the direction of the gyroscope's axis should drift over time. By noting this change in direction relative to the star, the twists of space-time could be measured.

The four gyroscopes in GP-B are the most perfect spheres ever made by humans. These ping pong-sized balls of fused quartz and silicon are 1.5 inches across and never vary from a perfect sphere by more than 40 atomic layers. If the gyroscopes weren't so spherical, their spin axes would wobble even without the effects of relativity.

According to calculations, the twisted space-time around Earth should cause the axes of the gyros to drift merely 0.041 arcseconds over a year. An arcsecond is 1/3600th of a degree. To measure this angle reasonably well, GP-B needed a fantastic precision of 0.0005 arcseconds. It's like measuring the thickness of a sheet of paper held edge-on 100 miles away.

"GP-B researchers had to invent whole new technologies to make this possible," notes Will.

They developed a "drag free" satellite that could brush against the outer layers of Earth's atmosphere without disturbing the gyros. They figured out how to keep Earth's magnetic field from penetrating the spacecraft. And they created a device to measure the spin of a gyro--without touching the gyro. Pulling off the experiment was an exceptional challenge. But after a year of data-taking and nearly five years of analysis, the GP-B scientists appear to have done it.

"We measured a geodetic precession of 6.600 plus or minus 0.017 arcseconds and a frame dragging effect of 0.039 plus or minus 0.007 arcseconds," says Everitt.

For readers who are not experts in relativity: Geodetic precession is the amount of wobble caused by the static mass of the Earth (the dimple in spacetime) and the frame dragging effect is the amount of wobble caused by the spin of the Earth (the twist in spacetime). Both values are in precise accord with Einstein's predictions.

"In the opinion of the committee that I chair, this effort was truly heroic. We were just blown away," says Will.

The results of Gravity Probe B give physicists renewed confidence that the strange predictions of Einstein's theory are indeed correct, and that these predictions may be applied elsewhere. The type of spacetime vortex that exists around Earth is duplicated and magnified elsewhere in the cosmos--around massive neutron stars, black holes, and active galactic nuclei.

"If you tried to spin a gyroscope in the severely twisted space-time around a black hole," says Will, "it wouldn't just gently precess by a fraction of a degree. It would wobble crazily and possibly even flip over."

In binary black hole systems--that is, where one black hole orbits another black hole--the black holes themselves are spinning and thus behave like gyroscopes. Imagine a system of orbiting, spinning, wobbling, flipping black holes! That's the sort of thing general relativity predicts and which GP-B tells us can really be true.

The scientific legacy of GP-B isn't limited to general relativity. The project also touched the lives of hundreds of young scientists:

"Because it was based at a university many students were able to work on the project," says Everitt. "More than 86 PhD theses at Stanford plus 14 more at other Universities were granted to students working on GP-B. Several hundred undergraduates and 55 high-school students also participated, including astronaut Sally Ride and eventual Nobel Laureate Eric Cornell."

NASA funding for Gravity Probe B began in the fall of 1963. That means Everitt and some colleagues have been planning, promoting, building, operating, and analyzing data from the experiment for more than 47 years—truly, an epic effort.

What's next?

Everitt recalls some advice given to him by his thesis advisor and Nobel Laureate Patrick M.S. Blackett: "If you can't think of what physics to do next, invent some new technology, and it will lead to new physics."

"Well," says Everitt, "we invented 13 new technologies for Gravity Probe B. Who knows where they will take us?"

This epic might just be getting started, after all….

Life, ahhh life... is filled with delights, but most often than not, it is filled with challenges and uneasy times that if viewed in positive contextual value, regardless the hardship faced, offer the greatest of growth and devepment opportunity.

Sometimes its financial, lately issues usually are.... or can be health or relationship related.... we can have identity or self-esteem issues... issues with inflated egos, work, ....loved ones that have passed on in their transition through the veil of life.... oh so many, but it is up to us to believe deep in our hearts that everything in existence has a reason and "season in heaven."

... It is said that even even when a butterfly moves its wings, something is affected by this gentle fluttering and whispersoft vibratio.

.... Its by our perception of the issue and our decision not to allow its severity to affect us in such a way that we are so shrouded by its grasp that we are blinded and deemed totally ineffective in our actions, most importantly affected in our ability of a clear thought and reactions to the issue.

... Do not allow for fright to take over, have strength to look at the challenge in the face and find a solution.

... Have faith and belief on a greater force, The Divine Presence that gives you life, which is there at all times just like a genie of the lamp, just like the whisper of the wind, the butterfly wings, yet with the might of thunder and lightning in its power.

Le damos menos importancia a las cosas o situaciones insignificantes, que antes eran montañas para nosotros.... si le damos un gran valor a las cosas pequeñas, que suelen ser o llegar a ser sumamente importantes.

Nos damos el lujo de ser nosotros mismos con nuestras virtudes, con nuestros colores y con nuestros errores... bailamos al sonido del viento, el susurro de los arboles y la sinfonía de los pajaros... no nos da pena ponernos lo que nos gusta y disfrutar de lo que nos encanta... aprendimos a perdonar librandonos de cargas pasadas y muy pesadas sobre nuestros hombros... disfrutamos de nuestro propio jardin interior y exterior con pasion y locura, no necesitando de segundas o terceras personas y de su aprobacion... amamos a la vida, y a todo en la existencia... tenemos vivencias, historias, canciones y grandes memorias... ya no somos tan delgados, y muchos redonditos, pero que mas felices somos mis hermanitos... podemos volar con nuestra mente lograr milagros con nuestra imaginacion todo aumentado por nuestra fe, una ya madura y con conciencia, no por pura apariencia... somos reales, justos, humanos, y podemos reir, llorar, cantar, emocionar, y tenemos muchisimo que enseñar...

...Let us pray to wake up to good news, let us dissolve discord in our lives... let us transmute the karmic threads that bind our journeys from prospering...let us awaken our souls to new realities within our living universe, to allow us to see the divine manifested in ourselves, as well as in all others... let us not allow ourselves to be worn out with mundane tasks, criticism instead of well deserved praise, but realize that if we quiet our hearts and minds we can see and experience a much higher reality that can bring us more freedom, selfworth, and the true ability and divine within to soar to unsuspected heights in our earthly everyday life. That we can achieve our goals, hopes, and aspirations without stepping, belittling, or hurting one another.... that there is enough for all to rightfully sustain ourselves without the need to bring down, control,or taking away the value of their work or contribution to the whole process... If we all contribute one action at a time, one job well done with responsibility and pride, not dependent on the approval of others, but for the simple reason that is the correct course of action... That we love and accept ourselves and others for that which we are in reality, and not who we should be according someone elses standard.... Change Happens

Last Saturday, I had a reminder that change happens, that one always should have a plan A, B, C, etc on hand... Why? Murphy's Law happens!... And more often than not.

In this case, I had prepared a wonderful, quite detailed, very uplifting and informative presentation to be presented to a quite special group of persons... I had plans of music, a great interactive and introductory session.... Ahhh, but due to technical unexpected circumstances, the complete plan went to China.... It was beyond my control, no matter how wonderful, my presentation, as planned, could not go, since there was no way of showing it and it was too late to go to my center and retrieve a projector and screen.

Now, what would you do? As always, I say perception and contextual value of things and issues come into play... Of course, I had put so much effort in it that, I did not think of anything going wrong! Ha, I had to present to present to almost, if not over 100 extraordinary persons with no props, intro, or anything... And had about half an hour to re-group.

Did I panic, during an instant...

Immediately, I changed into creativity mode. I could have not done it, if I let panic take over and ruin the expentancy of the group... Or become so nervous that it would have not even let me remember what, I so carefully had planned... Well, I got a pen wrote down some leads, reminded myself that I knew the topic, to focus, find an alternative creative way of presenting, to do my best with what I had and to speak from my heart... Yes, speak from my heart to theirs... Aha, I was able to find some soft music, put my heart into it and let the show begin... I was sooo happy, that even though, I did not follow my notes and was presenting way less than what I had prepared, my message was heard loud and clear, and most importantly, it had feeling, heart, and it was understood with impact. I was so honored to have been there.

LESSONS LEARNED:

... always have a second or third plan of action, with technology assume things can and will go wrong

...when you do something, whatever it may be... Know it well, and have an alternate way of saying it

...work with your heart, it never fails and shows

...do not panic, no matter the circumstance, there is always a way, if we allow our selves to remain calm and in control, and know that we have the power to change the context in which we can react, or see a situation

... Enjoy the ride, the journey, the actual issue, and raise your perception to be able to learn a lesson as I did and be proud of yourself for succeeding over it!

"Hope IS Alive Saturday!"

I just had an idea, we all do infinite numbers of kind actions to total strangers, yet the media, and all we hear is how bad things are.... I want to send out a challenge: we have Black Friday ... Monday... and so on. Why not make it "Hope IS Alive Saturday" make it our specific intent to do at least one conscious deliberate act of kindness... Keep tract of it and post it in facebook as "Hope IS Alive Saturday." Spread the word as if it was the wind, through out our planet...lets show the power of positive intent... That Hope IS Alive and thriving and it Within Our Hearts to Spread It's Wings ... That we however small, united, we are a huge force to be known...

What can you do? SMILE, it is contagious.... Open the doors to strangers, buy a meal at a fast food chain and give it to a homeless, give directions to a lost person... Let some person go ahead in line.... Ahhh traffic, be considerate and be kind in the highway... Tip good if you can... Do the dishes for a loved one... Say a compliment... Love yourself and others...Do a nice deed for an elderly neighbor!

... One other understand those with different abilities from you... Child or adult, resect them and their families... It will really be appreciated... Namaste! ( ...as with all in life, use common sense, use respect and dignity in all)

I am very grateful for you to be reading this blog entry… May YOUR life be filled with joy, wonder, awe, extraordinary manifestations of the glory of the divinity in it, may you be healthy, wealthy in all aspects (including monetary richness), be protected, have a long life being an instrument of good, and have the time to enjoy it all at its fullest. Now, stop for a moment and ask yourself after touching your wrist and feel your heartbeat? What, who, how is this miracle of my heartbeat, my breathing, my standing or seating on this chair can be? How can the billions of circuits that exist within me work so amazingly well with each other… the infinite processes that are at this very moment, and each moment of my earthly or otherwise existence can happen not only simultaneously, but also automatically? Do you imagine the processes going on in nature, the our earth, solar system, the universe itself? How about the spiritual, multi-dimensional holographic, no time no space existence that goes so much further than meet our senses? Do you get the picture?

We live in a world of miracles, of extraordinary happenings that are going on without us really paying attention to them. They happen at the most incredible micro and macro levels. We do not have to worry if the sun or moon will come up, our bodies to work, nature to have the birds sing and fly, the rivers to flow without floating out to space because of earth’s gravitational field and so much more… Ahh wonders…!

Imagine your life, no matter the issues, the circumstances, challenges that we are currently experiencing, we have so much to be grateful for… First, WE ARE ALIVE! That in itself is so much to appreciate, we mostly have a roof over our heads, food on the table, have family, friends, pets, coworkers, so many people, even the strangers to be so thankful for. We live in a country where it is encouraged for one to speak out one’s perception of anything, to defend one’s views, likes, dislikes without the fright of being apprehended or killed… We have a magnificent land that we call “of the free.” We have no limits to what we can become or be… that no matter your profession, you are respected and HAVE A VOICE! A country which is really beautiful, has values, we can differ, yet eat dinner together in harmony… that is democracy at its best!

If we are sick, we can be cured, we have the best of care in this earth. There is so much available to us, Oh my God, so much to be thankful for, that even on that which we call death, or transitional state of being from one single line universe to one of a multitude of manifestations, we can find the comfort to able to remember the joys, experiences, and love shared. Even without money, there are a myriad of ways to find low cost or free things that bring us great joy.

That even if those nearsighted beings that once shared the best of us, may have left us to deal with less than ideal situations, we thank them for the memories, for the magnificent learning that the struggles have given us and helped us grow beyond limits. To the sick ones that we have had to help live, thrive, and love without limits… Oh so much my dear friend…

When we are grateful, we acknowledge the best in a situation, we bring forth the positive in it. When we offer gratitude in front of a prayer, decree, intention, manifestation, meditation, or mantra we bring forth the process of faith, belief, and the universe or divine starts its process of manifesting…!

In gratitude, our vibrational rate changes to a more positive life force which changes the perception and contextual value of that which we are grateful for. It elevates our feelings. It puts in action the dynamics of something better that is being thankful for processes in our subconscious mind, thus brings it to us in miraculous ways.

Gratitude is a small word that carries so much weight, power, and a real manifestation of truth, miracles, and a new reality for our current state of mind or situation.

Bring the wheels of time, essence, and creation into movement by believing before seeing, being thankful is true expectancy and the UNIVERSE PROVIDES… AMEN!

Experience it, let it permeate your life, fill your every pore, ALLOW IT to flow freely through your existence and EXPECT for great things to happen…

May the Spirit of This Extraordinary Season fill your heart and soul with great joy, greatness, and the wisdom to be able to enjoy it at its fullest!

Day Three
In My Mind, MY CHOICES, MY PERCEPTION... I CAN AND AM FREE!

I hold the key to my freedom, no matter the circumstance. I am the captain of my own universe. No one can make feel bad, blame me, for past mistakes, or even present hurdles that have derived from them. Usually, we get blamed for living, yes, for living. Those around us can try to belittle us, make themselves feel bigger, more powerful, get satisfaction of intentionally putting us down by pointing every little issue that we make or do different, good, bad, or not up to their standards. Many times, this behavior is a call for help from the person who is either having mayor issues themselves, not knowing how to solve those issues, needs a scapegoat in order to feel empowered, some else is doing the same behavior to them, or simply utilizes one because is the only person who they can actually do the negative behavior to without being hurt or have it bounce back at them. Ah, but the law of cause and effect does not forget…

It is within our power to stop this person or persons from making one feel inferior, bad, or less than desirable, ugly, etc. When we know we are doing the correct action, that life is full of lessons, that we do not deserve that derivative behavior, we then become FREE!

We have the ultimate choice to ALLOW what can and cannot hurt or belittle us. We have the power to stand up, and yet not be confrontational. By acting assuredly, assertively, and letting those around us know that their actions, words, emotional tantrums, opinions are respected, because it is their perceptions of the issues happening, yet they do not, cannot, and will not affect us. Things will change, when we stand tall for our beliefs, not having to insult, or respond badly to the other person(s), we simply BELIEVE DEEPLY IN OURSELVES, IN THE POWER WITHIN THAT MAKES US UNIQUE AND TRULY BEAUTIFUL!

We are allowed to make mistakes, we do not want or deliverately make them, but we learn from them and are our greatest teachers. We are not perfect, yet we can do our best. We have our OWN perception of issues and circumstances as well.

Educate yourself in how to be able to see reality around. Make it a choice to look at your entire situation from a director’s point of view. Imagine yourself at a movie theater, then place your self at the seat of the person controlling the movie. You can rewind it, play it forward, you can stop it at any given moment. See it (the movie of your life) from a detached point of view. Look and analyze each of the players, actors, their roles, how you all affect each other. From this perspective see their body language, their true reactions, how they interact with others. You are now in control, you will see what has been missing from the entire picture.

Now, you can feel empowered to make the correct decisions. See yourself, making the correct decisions. Ask for guidance from your higher self, angels, spiritual guides, the divine, other humans who have proven loyalty to you, or a professional specialist on the subject. Hire a coach, who can give you the inspiration and perceptual value to your needed goals or situation.

You have an extraordinary resource, YOUR OWN MIND! You can control how you react to issues. You can change the contextual or perceptive value of all in your life. You can choose joy, happiness, control of your live, to see beauty and the positive in all situations. A day may be cloudy, rainy, windy and with all the components to make your life miserable, YET, YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, ONE WITH PEACE, LOVE, HAPPINESS ALL AROUND YOU AND THE RAIN WILL BE REFRESHING, SOOTHING, AND MUSIC TO YOUR EARS AS IT HITS THE WINDSHIELD, WINDOW, OR STREET… THE WIND WILL CARESS YOUR FACE AND GIVE YOU A WONDERFUL LIBERATING FEELING… THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WILL PROVE SO WONDERFUL THAT YOU WILL REMEMBER IT FOR TIME TO COME! Now the oppositve, a perfect sunny day, but you have a bad mood, feel low, depressed, ugly, fat, not intelligent, not worth it, and I can assure you it becomes the worse thing or time for you to remember… and you will remember!

Now, you choose your thoughts, your actions, your perception, allow only good, feel that you are so unique that you can see the actual miracle that your life IS! You are open to miracles, to seeing beauty in yourself and others, you expect good things to happen, you respect others and are and demand respect as well. NOW YOU ARE BECOMING IN CHARGE, YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF WHAT HAPPENS, THE DIVINE CAN MANIFEST ITS WONDERS THROUGH YOU, BECAUSE GUESS WHAT… YOU ARE NOT BLOCKING YOUR BEST LIFE TO BE!

SO IN YOUR MIND, BODY, AND SOUL BE FREE!

... At 4 am the night was still, a light breeze caressed my face as I opened the car windows down even with the air conditioner going... I asked the divine to cleanse, bless, protect, and illuminate me, mine, and all as well... In the still of the night you can hear and even smell things you normally would not... I stood still for some seconds and experienced the moment... I encourage you to do the same, even in the middle of the day... You will be amazed at the things you discover, not just outside, but inside yourself as well... Allow, my friends for stillness, even momentarily in your existence, let it help you to experience life... Your Life! Namaste!

Day Two

Creating Sacred, Safe, and Comforting Space:
Give Yourself A Trigger to Help Keep You in Control

As humans, we long to have a space to call our own. It could be anywhere, private, public, could be one not even ours to claim, but in our minds. One trigger that will elevate our vibrational state and feelings to one of peace, joy, calm, and in control. Everything vibrates, we vibrate, those around us, whether human, animals, nature, even objects which we deem as inanimate. An intended trigger will make us feel as whatever that emotion is that we need at any specific moment

By instilling the ritual of actually creating a very special place for ourselves, we begin the wheel of creation in our subconscious mind thus starting to feel better, in control, and less stressed.

We can create this very unique space, even a shared one, by picking out a color or something in it that brings whatever it is that we are looking to receive back from this area. It can be peace, tranquility, happiness, safety, comfort, illumination, creativity, love, passion, or another feeling. This trigger becomes that reminding mechanism to immediately tell our subconscious mind that we are to go into the desired state. We can program ourselves by looking at this item(s) and purposely, with a directed intention that it will trigger whatever emotion we desire it to bring about. This is best achieved in a relaxed state of mind, not being interrupted, or much less conducting any activity that needs an undisturbed attention.

Different colors bring about varied emotional states:

Red brings passion, action, love

Pink brings pure love, peace, a baby girl,

Blue brings peace, tranquility, calm, protection

Green brings health, wealth, prosperity, love, also calming, and soothing feeling

Yellow brings illumination, happiness, creativity

Let’s say you want to create a safe, calming feeling during your daily rush hour traffic trip to home or to work. You choose a blue, green, or pink item and place it in front of you hanging from the mirror (as long as it does not prevent you from seeing the road clearly), you make it your deliverate focused intention to have it create an instant feeling of calm upon entering the car and your eyes perceiving that item, even if do not remember to consciously do it.
When you are in a stressful situation, look at it purposely upon stopping the car or moving vehicle (remember it is of crucial importance for you to not be taking your eyes from the road and vehicles moving or not moving around you). Allow the feeling to permeate you. This can be also achieved by utilizing sound, a soothing, yet upbeat tune played in the car, can keep you in control, calm, and not be irritated by the traffic, unwavering drivers, and those who purposely are very aggressive on the roads. This very simple mechanism works. Also, remember, that the stranger driver next to you may have an emergency, could be having some very serious issues of their own, can be so distracted that they do not see you, that their perception of the issues affecting all in the surrounding space does not have any connection to them or is related to anything that just happened at work, home, school, or otherwise.

Sacred Space a Home…

Ah, we all long to have that special room where we can relax fully, that creates an oasis of peace and loving emotional uplifting. In reality, not many people can really allocate a true area for them at their homes. So, here is where creativity comes in. Our homes are the projection and perception of who we are our dreams, goals, faith, loves, etc. If we do not have an entire room, how about creating a small area in one. Maybe the office, your bedroom, even the bathroom. I have a friend who has a wonderful chest in her garden, and one in her balcony, one drawer in the kitchen, a shelf in the bathroom, and the top of her night table. Even in her public areas she has created places on bookshelves, tables, the dining, family, living room areas where she has placed items that bring her great joy and comfort in her house. She has a variety of chimes, hanging or table ones, plants, figures that evoke protection, connection, or peace. Even her kitchen is an intended space of family, love, prosperity, health, wealth, and intended comfort via colors, taste, and sound.

Sacred Space at Work…

This is one of the places where we spend the largest amounts of time, other than sleeping in our daily lives. There is where we need it the most to be able to keep ourselves centered, in control, creative, filled with peace regardless the situations faced. If you have a private office then you can always decorate it to have intentional triggers based on issues that you deal mostly with. I have my center created intentionally to give peace, allow the persons to disengage from the outside world, give a feeling of trust, sensitivity, and a total feeling of comfort. At my hospital office, I have the walls painted purple, I have a variety of triggers on my desk that face and welcome my visitors and give them a true feeling of calm, receptive emotion. In the back, I have an extraordinary orchid, with loving figures that permeate the feeling of sisterhood. I have inspirational books, and other items that bring I and others great joy. The frames and pictures on the walls all carry motivational meanings not only to I, but to those who visit my office. I also have a drawer filled with items that give me great peace, information (my pendulums, runes, cards, motivational sayings, etc. This space you can have anywhere, even if you do not have a private office, booth, or even a seating area. I tell my friends, clients, and others to create this special space for you, even within your office supplies in a small box or crevice. You can have a pocket, or something where you can have a small purse or keeping space to keep a token, protective prayer, stone, angel or other religious item, which in need can be touched for comfort.

You can also create sacred space, assigning it to a tree, an outside space where you can see the sky clearly on a break, lunch, or moment of crisis. Look in your building, office area, store, anywhere in your work area that you can assign a trigger to. This way, you can always let it be your reminder to remain in control.

Sacred Space in General…

It is really important to create this special peaceful place for you. It can be religious, or not, it can be private or not, it can be shared or not. But it is designed by you, and you are in control of it.

I have various altars in my house, center, office, car, on me, etc. They are sacred spaces for me which help keep me in tune with my divine self, with my creative self, with all those states of mind that make one a better human being, one with understanding of nature, of all around one. For me, some are very religious oriented, some are not. You may not be able to tell which is which, but they all work for me.

The ultimate result is having a special place in which to meditate, be in real time, and connect with yourself (higher, inner, emotional, physical, and spiritual). This allows you to truly be in control of your life and all the challenges that you face daily as your teachings in this extraordinary lifetime which is really an opportunity to grow beyond limits in our journey towards enlightenment.

Life With Autism: Great Love, Compassion, and Determination to Succeed Against All Odds!

A glimpse into the world and daily life of an Autistic family...
What is living with autism?

" Like this beautiful Man of War, who swiftly moves through a vast ocean of perils, he too reaches maturity, beauty, and steadfastness in his existence..."

... It's Living with the sweetest soul, who loves you without reason... Without questions... Loves you for you... It's unanswered questions from the most beautiful green eyes...

Is waking up at 1.. 2...3...4...5.. in the morning... Doing your morning exercises by running after your loved one who is jumping back and forth as he paces desperately flapping his hands, head and chest back and forth thrusting with force forward as you do your best to calm him, because his heart beats so fast it practically escapes his body...

Is finally calming him down, and an airplane wakes him up again, now this time he fixates on moving furniture, frames, all items around the house... You then realize, he remembers that years ago they were placed there... In my case it's 3 am time to get up for some very special work...

Then it may be 6 am, and you are a bit (!!!) tired, you fall asleep... Ah but you, by then, already have to get him up to get ready for school... You give him a bath dress him, and when you leave your shower, he needs another bath... Ah finally, you are out the door... The you see him running from your hand towards the trashcan on the street where he, while struggling with you, takes the trash bags out... Finally you take him back home again... Wash him, change clothes and off to school you go....

Ah now, you get to your "main" job.... Where did the day go? It's 5 pm and... You pick him up in the early evening and he lovingly gives you a bear hug and kiss and makes sure you have your seatbelt on and your armrest down...

On the way home does he not only moves ay least 300 to 400 times back and forth, but also undoes his seatbelt and goes to the back of your van to get something he remembered. You stop in rush hour traffic while those around you don't realize why the car moves up and down either moving or while stopped... You finally get him to his seat, and he lovingly reminds you to put on your seatbelt with the most loving smile, not realizing the traffic jam, cursing, blowing horns, and non understanding fellow drivers...

Ah, now you get home, and in my case, you go to your second passion "Gofspeed," in my case, my other great love and do some wonderful things... Get home by 10 or 11 pm and he is waiting jumping for you, he hugs you, you flop on bed and give him your hand where from his bed he longs for his mom's touch and kiss good night...

It's past midnight, you either write some great things with a cup of hot tea, and by one go to sleep until three am, unless he wakes up before... And you start again... Sometimes, this might last a week or more... Ah, and the infinite trying to take one more shower, emptying the refrigerator either by eating or throwing food away, you just brought from Publix...

It's a twenty four hour vigil so he does not escape or tries to do some creative endeavor...

It's dealing with a super bright individual, who longs to help, be part of all, who loves without barriers, who is sweet, kind, intelligent, extremely "ordenado", who can do great deeds of love, yet is limited by a string of constants which makes an 18 year old act and behave like a terrible two's year old, without realizing the potential dangers of a situation, but that does it with the best of his intention....

It is being so grateful to the Divine for him, your mother, his brothers, aunts for their neverending support, help, dedication and love... For those at work at the hospital who look away when one is five minutes late, the boss who is also an angel, a sister, a friend... the pharmacy staff, whom are my everlasting support and help with his (and grandma's) very expensive medicine, the angels at his school, my friends, clients, and those who interchange our daily living with hope and great wonders...

It is sending compassion and forgiveness to those who left you to do this on your own, not realizing the great growth and love lost that they could have had in the missed journey, not realizing the gigantous ordeal that is to sustain a family of 6 on ones own specially with special ones like we have, or to those who simply cannot understand that this condition is real... to those who see me laugh, bring out the best in the worst of situations, have great faith, be able to teach on all the motivational and inspirational issues in the world, and cannot imagine that I go through daily with this and many other challenging situations and still smile from side to side...

And you ask how I do it? I use and do all that I teach on myself, family, him, and all I do... Easy, no, with great love, you bet, with deliverate intention, faith, and great will power and determination to succeed over it? Without a doubt! That I am sure, Omar will speak and will wake up soon from the Autistic Cloud, Oh YES!

Last week and this weekend, even up to now, it was one of these long and exhausting times, which started to finally take a toll on me... Am I exhausted, Yes! Did I pass out last night, oh yes! How did I wake up this morning at 3 am, with great faith and my things... Determination and great love for my gamily... Did I prove to my self that we no matter the circumstance you can find something good, and find great Joy in it, Oh Yes! Do I adore Omar, my mom, his brothers, my aunts, without a doubt!

On the way home does he not only moves ay least 300 to 400 times back and forth, but also undoes his seatbelt and goes to the back of your van to get something he remembered. You stop in rush hour traffic while those around you don't realize why the car moves up and down as moving or stopped... You finally get him to his seat, and he lovingly reminds you to put on your seatbelt with the most loving smile, not realizing the traffic jam, cursing, blowing horns, and non understanding fellow drivers... Ah, now you get home, and in my case, you go to your second passion "Gofspeed," in my case, my other great love and do some wonderful things... Get home by 10 or 11 pm and he is waiting jumping for you, he hugs you, you flop on bed and give him your hand where from his bed he longs for his moms touch and kiss good night... It's past midnight, you either write some great things with a cup of hot tea and by one go to sleep until three am, unless he wakes up before... And you start again... Sometimes, this might last a week or more... Ah, and the infinite trying to take one more shower, emptying the refrigerator either by eating or throwing food away, you just brout from Publix... It's a twenty four hour vigil so he does not escape or tries to do some creative endeavor... It's dealing with a super bright individual, who longs to help, be part of all, who loves without barriers, who is sweet, kind, extremely "ordenado", who can do great deefs of love, yet is limited by a string of constants which makes an 18 year old act and behave, without realizing the potential dangers of a situation, but that does it with the best of his intention.... It is being so grateful yo the Divine for him, your mother, his brothers, aunts for their neverending support, help, dedication and love... Is sending compassion, forgiveness, to those who left you to do this on your own, not realizing the great growth and love lost in the missed journey, not realizing the gigantous ordeal that is to sustain a family of 6 on ones own specially with special ones like we have, or to those who simply cannot understand that this condition is real... And you ask how I do it? I use and do all I teach on myself, family, him, and all I do... Easy, no, with great love, you bet, with deliverate intention, faith, and great will power and determination to succeed over it? Without a doubt! That I am sure, Omar will speak and will wake up soon from the Autistic Cloud, Oh YES! Last week and this weekend, even up to now, it was one of these long and exhausting times, which started to finally take a toll on me... Am I exhausted, Yes! Did I pass out last night, oh yes! How did I wake up this morning at 3 am, with great faith and my things... Determination and great love for my gamily... Did I prove to my self that we no matter the circumstance you can find something good, Oh Yes! Do I adore Omar, my mom, his brothers, my aunts, without a doubt! Unique, Different, One of Kind: YOU!

Each of the existing living organisms on this planet is solely unique in their buildup, look, performance, projection, emotions, and total being. No matter the different species, they each have their own unique projection of themselves. Every living organism has a mind and extraordinary way of showing the rest of us their creative side in its own survival. This magnificent man of war was swimming swiftly amongst the beautiful smooth waters of Biscayne Bay on a lazy Sunday morning. It caught my eye, as I was searching to photograph other wonderful creatures that grace us each weekend with their presence. There are manatees, sharks, dolphins, pelicans, and a myriad of birds which give those of us lucky enough to be present and enjoy their natural show.

This extraordinary creature seemed to change its shape as I greeted him. I felt a masculine presence, which was acknowledging me as it greeted me back. This little friend showed me a proud perception as it moved smoothly over the clear waters of the bay. I felt such a humbleness and gratitude to the Divine for allowing me to experience such a feeling of awe. The man of war displayed its best colors as it changed its shape, moving along the gentle waves. He showed versatility as he swerved the next wave. He displayed ingenuity as he moved side to side against the current. He gleamed in the sun as he changed shape in front of my eyes, showing me how creative its forms were as he approached the next movement of the sea. There was so much more than met the eye below the sea surface. There were so many tentacles and other loose extremities to allow this wonderful being to swim. The hidden portion of his body, gave him strength and power to move great distances, to escape from predators, to help him reach his destination. There was so much to this man of war and his display of heroism as he battled the immense waters of the sea in which he swam in. I wondered where he was leading to, I wondered if he knew.

We are very similar to this beautiful creature, unique in our own ways of survival. We too have versatility as we approach the challenges that face on a daily basis, whether in our personal, emotional, professional, spiritual lives. We too are multi facetted and display ingenuity as we deal with issues that may not be to our best liking, yet, we choose to deal with them in a “face up to them” perspective. As humans, we are also beautiful in our own skin color, shape, form, and ways. We are creative in our lives filling them with Joy, Laughter, new endeavors, love; we beautify our surroundings wherever we might be at.

We also have so much hidden from the general view, we have a deeply embedded free will and mind of our own that allows us to roam far and wide from the inside out. We have a subconscious mind which governs all of our essential living processes within our own bodies. How extraordinary to share so much with this wonderful man of war.

We too do not know where we are going, but it is in the journey that we live our life. It is in the journey that we grow and develop, it is through it that we experience the Divine’s greatest gift to us. LIFE!

1. Think about someone who is confident and act, talk and walk like him or her. Model their mannerisms and behaviour. It works for them; it will work for you.

2. Smile a lot more. That doesn’t mean putting a silly grin on your face! But smile when you walk down the street, when you meet people and generally be happier even if you’re not feeling that way.

3. Learn from the past; don’t beat yourself up about it. It’s gone; it’s never coming back. Instead learn from it for next time.

4. Buy yourself some new clothes, get your hair done, treat yourself to something new. It will make you feel better and will give your ego a boost.

5. Are you prepared for situations? Are you prepared enough to meet any challenge that may come up? Are you prepared for that meeting, that presentation, that job interview, when you meet someone for the first time? If not, get to it.

6. Play to your strengths. Know what you are good at and expose yourself to these opportunities at every opportunity – because you’re good at it, you’ll enjoy it and have more confidence.

7. Improve your weaknesses. Know and appreciate what these are and put a plan in place to improve them over time.

8. Learn how to say no to people. Don’t be afraid, you’ve got nothing to be afraid of. Just watch the reaction on their face after you’ve said it the first time and there will be no going back.

9. Be positive. Look on the “can do” side of things rather than the “can’t do”. You’ve accomplished lots in your life and you will accomplish lots more in the future.

10. Be in charge of your thoughts at all times. What is a thought? It’s just a question that you’ve asked yourself and the thought is you’re answer. If you’re thinking negative thoughts, you’re probably asking a negative question. Change the questions to be more positive.

11. Whenever you feel a negative thought pattern or word coming, STOP, THINK, and say is this really important in the grand scheme of things. By changing the context of a situation or your spoken words, you will change the vibrational rate of it. Your perception of the situation will definitely improve and a more positive reaction will surely follow. Many people live life focusing on the little things! Change that pattern and THRIVE IN JOY!

12. Do you let the words of others affect you? Do you mind what they think of you? Remember that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent. It’s not what they say to you that’s the problem it’s what you say to yourself after they have stopped talking that’s the problem. Change the way you think.

13. List the words that you use on a consistent basis when you feel let down or annoyed. People use different words to mean the same thing and depending upon the intensity of the word – this will have an effect on your confidence AND your vibrational status. Instead of saying “I’m enraged about this” say, “I’...m a little annoyed”. Make a substitute list for the words that you use. Make sure they are lower in intensity, are on a more positive note, and then use them. You’ll be surprised with the results.

14. At the end of each day list your achievements and successes throughout that day.

15. Be appreciative of what you have to be thankful for in your life right now. Who do you love? Who loves you? Who do you help out?

16. Every morning when you’re in the shower, play over in your head the events in the day as though they have already happened and they were a success. Visualize all of the meetings that you had, the people you talked to, the outcomes you had. Visualize success and confidence and it will be so.

17. Improve your body language. The way that you move your body has a massive impact on your confidence levels. Move your body assertively and walk with your head up, shoulders back and as though you’ve got somewhere very important to go. Feeling low in confidence? Change you body language

18. Emotion is created by motion. Make sure you move around consistently. This creates energy and gets the blood pumping around you body – it makes you feel better and more confident.

Freaky Physics Proves Parallel Universes Exist

In the movie "Back to the Future," Doc Brown builds a time machine into a Delorean. New research brings that vehicle one step closer to reality.

Look past the details of a wonky discovery by a group of California scientists -- that a quantum state is now observable with the human eye -- and consider its implications: Time travel may be feasible. Doc Brown would be proud.

The strange discovery by quantum physicists at the University of California Santa Barbara means that an object you can see in front of you may exist simultaneously in a parallel universe -- a multi-state condition that has scientists theorizing that traveling through time may be much more than just the plaything of science fiction writers.

And it's all because of a tiny bit of metal -- a "paddle" about the width of a human hair, an item that is incredibly small but still something you can see with the naked eye.

UC Santa Barbara's Andrew Cleland cooled that paddle in a refrigerator, dimmed the lights and, under a special bell jar, sucked out all the air to eliminate vibrations. He then plucked it like a tuning fork and noted that it moved and stood still at the same time.

That sounds contradictory, and it's nearly impossible to understand if your last name isn't Einstein. But it actually happened. It's a freaky fact that's at the heart of quantum mechanics.

A UC Santa Barbara physicist has found a way to move this tiny metal paddle into two states simultaneously, such that it both vibrates and holds still.

How Is That Possible?

To even try to understand it, you have to think really, really small. Smaller than an atom. Electrons, which circle the nucleus of an atom, are swirling around in multiple states at the same time -- they're hard to pin down. It's only when we measure the position of an electron that we force it to have a specific location. Cleland's breakthrough lies in taking that hard-to-grasp yet true fact about the atomic particle and applying it to something visible with the naked eye.

What does it all mean? Let's say you're in Oklahoma visiting your aunt. But in another universe, where your atomic particles just can't keep up, you're actually at home watching "The Simpsons." That may sound far-fetched, but it's based on real science.

"When you observe something in one state, one theory is it split the universe into two parts," Cleland told FoxNews.com, trying to explain how there can be multiple universes and we can see only one of them.

The multi-verse theory says the entire universe "freezes" during observation, and we see only one reality. You see a soccer ball flying through the air, but maybe in a second universe the ball has dropped already. Or you were looking the other way. Or they don't even play soccer over there.

Sean Carroll, a physicist at the California Institute of Technology
and a popular author, accepts the scientific basis for the multi-verse -- even if it cannot be proven.

"Unless you can imagine some super-advanced alien civilization that has figured this out, we aren't affected by the possible existence of other universes," Carroll said. But he does think "someone could devise a machine that lets one universe communicate with another."

It all comes down to how we understand time.

Carroll suggests that we don't exactly feel time -- we perceive its passing. For example, time moves fast on a rollercoaster and very slowly during a dull college lecture. It races when you're late for work . . . but the last few minutes before quitting time seem like hours.

Back to the Future

"Time seems to be a one-way street that runs from the past to the present," says Fred Alan Wolf, a.k.a. Dr. Quantum, a physicist and author. "But take into consideration theories that look at the level of quantum fields ... particles that travel both forward and backward in time. If we leave out the forward-and-backwards-in-time part, we miss out on some of the physics."

Wolf says that time -- at least in quantum mechanics -- doesn't move straight like an arrow. It zig-zags, and he thinks it may be possible to build a machine that lets you bend time.

Consider Sergei Krikalev, the Russian astronaut who flew six space missions. Richard Gott, a physicist at Princeton University, says Krikalev aged 1/48th of a second less than the rest of us because he orbited at very high speeds. And to age less than someone means you've jumped into the future -- you did not experience the same present. In a sense, he says, Krikalev time-traveled to the future -- and back again!

"Newton said all time is universal and all clocks tick the same way," Gott says. "Now with Einstein's theory of Special Relativity we know that travel into the future is possible. With Einstein's theory of gravity, the laws of physics as we understand them today suggest that even time travel to the past is possible in principle. But to see whether time travel to the past can actually be realized we may have to learn new laws of physics that step in at the quantum level."

And for that, you start with a very tiny paddle in a bell jar.

I LOVE YOU OMAR!

Ode to my son Omar, who is 18 years old today. He is a very special angel sent to us that shows us in his very special ways what it is to enjoy the smallest of triumphs that for us are huge milestones. He takes a lot of love and 24/7 loving care. He is our big baby, who is very smart, but still does not recognize danger or many other mundane issues that we take so often for granted. He gives us so many daily gifts of joy… from his smile that erupts from his very light green eyes with a twinkle and big mustachy grin to his bear hugs, and small triumphs at communicating with us through gestures and pointing. I am deeply honored to be his mother and without hesitation I state that I am so grateful that he chose me as his mom.

I wrote this as part of a Thanksgiving input and I take his portion out today in his honor:

Oh my dear Lord, today I woke up and looked at my child’s face deep asleep, as he dreamed images of innocence… I saw

I was able to speak to him words that expressed my deepest love towards him as a mother, yet he could not reply back... I spoke (and will speak for him as needed, since he is blessed with autism)

My grateful heart leaped with joy as in his sleep he reached out to my hand, pulled it and took it close to his heart…

I felt As I walked out to the car, early, very early before dawn, a bird greeted me with his loving song…

I heard Later, the wonderful sun greeted me through the majestic backyard tree as the gentle breeze of a lazy Autumn Monday gave me a nudge to start the daily chores and go to work… I have health to work, and I have a job to perform, a service to offer But most importantly, on his way to school, a Very Special Someone (HIM) gave me a true hug, and I felt their immense gratitude of sharing words of unspoken wisdom of a life lived with dignity and love… so I share this with you my friends today Omar has taught me how to enjoy the simple, yet most spectacular things in life.

I add this other part or the previous entry because I feel it dictates how I feel a year and half later:

I felt an overwhelming feeling of reminisce as with friends today, we shared how, now, much older and maybe not as skinny, wealthy, not wearing the high heels, hair and the clothes we once we were able to wear…We are so much happier, are stronger, much more resilient, can appreciate life better, understand others more, have a strong belief in ourselves, are able to love without loosing our identity, be ourselves without shame, without boundaries, with great respect to life and what it has to offer… To see the best in others (and ourselves) regardless of our or their faults, forgive without wondering, have faith and hope without limits, enjoy a butterfly, a child, the moon, and the sky, those we love, those who do not love us back, yet we send them our best regardless… We thank those who make our lives a yogurt, because it is because of them that we are stronger and wiser… We thank those who have left us on our own, because it is for them that we are strong wise women now… We don’t dwell on past mistakes, because, we now know better…

We have great hopes for tomorrow, loved our past with all its lessons, and most of all enjoy our today since it is our eternal companion! Namaste!

MOTHER NATURE'S ABUNDANCE IN FRONT OF OUR EYES: Learning through its extraordinary metaphors…

“Abundance is everywhere in nature. This Divine Presence (nature) is so incredibly self sufficient, nurturing, splendorous, and it thrives through its many species. In these photos and article it offers us an extraordinary living example of how we too can thrive in all ways by following some of its metaphors.”

I have a large ficus tree in my front yard, which is home to many wonderful creatures of the day and night. There are squirrels, birds of all types, colors, and sizes. We also have cats, raccoons, and many other unique creatures.

Of course I feed them, and they just love it when I offer them sunflower seeds. When the squirrels and the birds eat those, many seeds fall on the ground and in the ongoing circle of life, they germinate thus creating new plants. This new life creates other areas for life to thrive abundantly.

In this circle of renewal, many species flourish courtesy of its neverending sustainment. The tree serves as home to all of the animals, a delicious shade to my front yard, strength to me for its mighty presence, and beauty for its colorful crest.

I could not help but noticing as the little sunflower plants are gently thriving beneath those already grown and flowering. How so many other smaller species are dependent on them for survival as well. The bees and other insects were flying getting their life sustaining nectar. Other little, very tiny ones were surviving on its leaves. The ants and small caterpillars are living under the plants soft shadows. And we are ecstatic with great joy in admiration how they all prosper in each other’s company. Of course, there is Ying Yang in nature, better than anywhere else, so the cats sometimes feed on the birds. Their natural instinct takes over regardless of how much food their domestication offers them.

This pictures and story demonstrate in living color the metaphor of cyclic abundance. There is enough for all. There is always someone that needs a service or item. For us humans we only see our everyday survival as our weekly/bi-weekly/ or monthly check arrive. We are so dependent on it. I honestly feel that we all have something of great value to offer someone else. We all have a special gift to put at the service of others. Sometimes is of monetary value, but sometimes the abundance and richness that we have to offer is so much more valuable.

There are very rich people, who are miserable, lonely, and lack a true feeling of caring. Yet, there are extremely poor persons, who, regardless of their lack, feel rich, happy, and have so much love. This takes me back to Mother Nature’s cycle of renewal on my tree. It shows how different species feed the others, many times unknowingly, yet taking place.

They all support their ecosystem which makes them thrive. We too can do the same and follow their example.

You may have the gift of knowing how to use the computer and its wonders, can do beautiful printed items, can do scrapbooking and other creative endeavors that you truly enjoy. Maybe, you can either sell your services, or products. You can start a teaching class at a local senior’s home on how to use the internet to get in touch with their loved ones. You can give classes at a local center on your fabulous creative printed items and get paid while truly enjoying what you are doing.

You can cook delicious cookies, create your own teas, bakes your own cakes and your passion can be become a gratifying money making opportunity.

The bees and butterflies were sharing space on the flowers, so were the ants, caterpillars and cats on the ground. We too can expand our horizon and prosper while conducting that which gives us real joy.

We can share love, a kind word, a smile, even to a total stranger, they will be or feel better “just because you winked at their eye.”

Lets honor Mother Gaia in her splendor, lets follow her example of ongoing love, nurturing, and abundance for all...

SHEDDING OUR SKIN, RENEWING OURSELVES, REVIVING AFTER A LONG WINTER OF OBSTACLES AND WOES... THE TIME IS NOW TO BECOME ALIVE AGAIN!

Spring will bring us a "real" new year with new impetus, renewal and a burst of energy to move and shake us from the last three to four months of lethargy. By all means I say, that we have not been extremely busy, exhausted, and yet, upset for not moving forth, I mean a lethargy of our spirit, our new year resolutions, our business dreams, our goals and objectives set off by our most intimate desires.

Now, with Mars on direct since the 10th of this month, the Spring Equinox happening tomorrow as our renowned Aries charges off the year, you bet change will happen. I know the teacher Saturn is in Libra the balance, and it will teach us great lessons this year, but it is our choice to take action NOW!

Just as this wonderful creature stands proud as it gets to renew his skin, so can we! See and feel his extraordinary pride in his intelligent eyes. See his shiny newly renewed skin. It's color and magnificence, as he stands tall and strong.

What do you see in him that power and might in his grip? He captured my soul as we, for a moment in time and space, shared eternity in our locked eyes. We both revered our mutual presence, giving each other the gift of acknowledgement.

What feelings do my description of this communion of the species bring to you?

What significance can it bring to your life as we approach this Spring and it's opportunity for re-birth and renewal?

How can you benefit from the metaphor of this magic encounter?

To me he meant that in the most amazing of places, right by US1 off of 67th avenue in a small South Miami park, I found an incredible creature who made an impact on my perspective in life. Yes, he stood royally, in the midst of fallen leaves, shedding his skin as he renewed and reinvented himself. He looked straight at my eyes while holding his look, we bonded. Yes, again, this extraordinary creature was challenging me, a human, as telling me “I am special, unique, and I AM here and ALIVE. I am strong, resilient, self sufficient, and beautiful.” He in his unique environment, was KING. He seemed to be in control, even after my intrusion to his paradise. Even after my taking photographs of him, which he seemed to enjoy and basque in his glory. He seemed to enjoy my attention to him, the importance that he was receiving. He understood my amazement.

How was this to me. I AM like him. No matter the environment, circumstance, trial, difficulty, IT IS MY CHOICE TO STAND TALL, FIRM, AND IN CONTROL… I too, realize and PERCEIVE my need to CHANGE, RENEW, REVIVE, and become ALIVE AGAIN! I too see him in me, when regardless of size, uniqueness, or difference I AM SPECIAL AND BEAUTIFUL… I too, realized that even in a different unexpected circumstance in life, I can confront without being confrontational, rather be understanding and blending with the new experience and rather gain or learn a valuable lesson or gain insight in some new perspective the stranger or situation can bring…

…He showed me respect and mutual reverence to our difference, than even though we were different, we shared so many traits, uniqueness, beauty, inspiration, and awe for each other… Without an inherent language we communicated and exchanged our own perception of the moment which engraved our lives forever… Maybe he won’t recognize me again, if we cross paths, but I surely will remember, my Regal Green Friend…

My dearest friends, lets use this extraordinary energy rampant now during the Spring’s beginning to get rid of all the emotional, physical, spiritual non advantageous baggage that is weighting our life down. Let’s allow ourselves to reign in our existence and really LIVE, experience LIFE with all of its splendor and gifts, while allowing our selves to grow, expand, realize our fondest dreams, and simply BE!

It is our choice, we can achieve anything, so allow yourself to reach out for those dusty dreams, goals, and aspirations. Maybe adjust them to this exact moment in time. Let creativity take reign of your life. Yesterday is no longer part of you, neither is a second ago. So, start NOW!

Look around and see what you have been missing. Smell what you have not smelled in ages, taste old and new flavours that you have been avoiding, allow yourself to feel, yes feel no matter your age. Yes, you can love again, it does not have to be another human, it can be an animal, tree, or item, but love someone, something, MOST IMPORTANTLY, LOVE YOURSELF! THEN LOVE EVERYTHING ELSE…

We all have issues that are unresolved, bills to pay (many times with shortages), things to face, but life goes on and on. If we do not allow ourselves to also laugh, dream, have hope/faith, have fun, share with our loved ones, ourselves, or even total strangers? Then, what is there left to live…Yes, do take care of issues, but start LIVING AND THE LOAD WILL BECOME MUCH MORE LIGHTER AND BEARABLE….IT WILL AS A MATTER OF PERCEPTION BECOME LESS OF A BURDEN… AND TROUBLES WILL START TO DISSIPATE… BELIEVE ME I KNOW…

Now, start LIVING AND BRING BACK JOY INTO YOUR LIFE!

2010: Full Speed Ahead!

What an extraordinary year of lessons 2009 was. We all had our share of the good, bad, really ugly, ups and downs, and many, many re-rounds.

NOW 2010 is just ahead of us! What an excitement! It is a year filled with surprises, possibilities, of starting a-new, of setting new goals and aspirations, of re-doing our blueprint for action, of our reactions, of new dreams, of breaking old patterns.

What is holding you back from achieving your dreams and goals? Ask yourself, make a true review of last year’s lessons and see the patterns, what is repeating itself, what keeps on coming back to “teach/haunt” you over and over again. Make a real assessment of your “real “ hopes, wishes, goals and make it a statement and contract with yourself to really give the gift of re-inventing, re-launching a new you. A stronger, more resilient, more assured, more self-reliant new you. The person, who you look at in the mirror is a truly unique soul, no one else is here like you. What then, is keeping from making that true you happy? You do not have to wait until…you loose weight, get the new car, have the money to cover it all, get the new job, go back to school, the kids go to school or college, get married, get divorced, and so on and on and on….

Start NOW! You are definitely capable of achieving that which you aspire. You can be happy, no matter the circumstances. No matter what goes or not goes on at home, work, with your relationships or lack of, with your financial status, your looks, education. No matter your frustrations, those things or people who try to hurt you, the lack of money, the shortcomings of your own or others, you can be hopeful and find joy in your life.

It only takes YOUR CHOICE TO WANT TO BE IT. To not allow anything or anyone dictate your feelings about anything and that includes yourself. You can choose to have joy back in your life. Make a survey of the good things in your life. Make a list of the good, the bad. Then look at the bad list and break it down on what you can do to change that issue to the better, and most important what lesson did it bring you or what is the good of it. There is always something good even in the worst of situations. You will be surprised to find how many more things you have to be grateful for and how much those things that you thought were awful turn into blessings after all.

NOW, talking about BLESSINGS, make a list of grateful things deriving from the previous ones and BLESS, BLESS, BLESS THEM ALL! When we do not hate, envy, and send Blessings even to those or that which hurts us, all of the sudden miracles start happening and the good starts replacing the bad, the nice things start to multiply, you start to see things you did not notice before which bring you JOY, so much light and laughter comes to your life. And yes, that which made you cry now is a reason for joyful recollection.

Lets now look at 2010, yes, 2010 and beyond. What can you do to really make it the best year ever, one that marks the before and after in your existence. One that you can really feel a difference in the air.

Tips for a great 2010!

* Start a brand new Journal. Divide it into sections, you can use your computer, if you are computer savvy and spend a lot of time in front of one. If not, then get a manageable sized binder, usually one that is half a regular sheet is a great one. You can buy it, the dividers, the pages, the mid dividers that include space for your special memories, and the garnishing to beautify it, to make I truly yours and unique. I suggest that you have a Dream/Wishes Section, a Prayer Request Section, a My Life Entry Section, a Gratitude Section, a My Blueprint to Success section, and any other special issue which you may want to keep special tracking of. It could be relationship, special project, child, parent, even plant or hobby section. Each of these sections will guide you and will, as time goes by the opportunity to see the development of trends, of how much you have to be grateful for, on new ways to see your challenges, and your ways to solve them, on those that repeat themselves, and how to solve them. You will be able to see your REAL life in front of your eyes. You will see your progress as you develop your own Blueprint to Success, in which you will put your plans into real action.

Make it a habit to enter, even trivial things, they too are important!

Keep special items that you pick up during your walks, outings, even ones that you discover in your daily life that mean something to you.

* Make it a Point to LIVE. Yes, it is 2010, can you believe it? Well, if we look at the calendar, we are passed our thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, seventies, even our eighties. Where did life go?

Our children grow, we get older, our friends start dying, our families start passing on as also, Well, what have we done with our lives? Have we lived to the fullest within our desires? Can we feel we have accomplished something worthwhile? Have we used the good china for a normal dinner, the best perfume for tending our garden, the really good dress, which is waiting for a special occasion, to a normal dinner with our loved ones or just by our self?

This is the time to start. YES! Get those good dresses, perfume, fancy dishes, sit on the good old couch reserved for visits, wear those beautiful patent leather shoes that could not get scratched or bent, let the kids play with your books, wear good jewelry or the one you thought you were too old, young, or was too flashy for you to wear. IN OTHER WORDS START LIVING!

Start to notice your home and its true beauty, start to notice your own beauty, not matter how heavy, old, wrinkled, or ugly looking you may think or perceive you are. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, YES, YES, YES!!! Every pound is a joyous time enjoyed, every wrinkle means experience, that age means substance, and yes remember the ugly duckling, was really a startling and magnificent swan.

Appreciate the small things in life, from coffee and tea for just “me” or with a good friend, to a movie or play you have been meaning to see, to the dress you thought you could never wear (until you tried it and realized it looked better, much better than you even dreamed of).

Have a romance with your loved one. YES, age has nothing to do with emotions, it actually gives you freedom to have emotions.

Travel if you can, even on your own city, there are an infinite number of things and places to be discovered and enjoyed as a tourist.

Discover the incredible signs and symbols all around you. Allow yourself to experience the awe and wonder of the eyes of a child, not matter your age. The clouds, the trees, the sea, the ground, the paper or leaves on the street or park, the dots left by the rain or morning dew on your windshield, they all have shapes and forms. Many times it is the birds, butterflies, and other little ones, sometimes it is a song or a street sign that has the message. Our Angels have incredible ways of contacting us. Our life has incredible ways of displaying its beauty to us. The Divine has a very direct way of contacting us, yet, we are blind. Wake up earlier to see the dawns you have been missing all these years. Go outside at night and see the wonders of the dark, its smells, the sounds, its silence later on. Let the wind rustle through your hair, send messages of love, hope and good wishes to someone far away or to the universe on your behalf. Get your feet and hands to experience the earth, go barefoot, plant something, feel the earth beneath your feet and honor it. Go to the beach and oh yes, do wear the bathing suit, You may be round, but you are sure of yourself.

Go try out something new, a dance, a massage, a new route home or to work. Break your routine and see what you discover. Try a new cuisine, tantalize your senses.

Oh, and do not forget to write your feeling, findings, and achievements in your journal.

* Decide to stand up for yourself. YES! Ask for the refund, state your stand kindly, justly, truly and with respect to others. Dare to speak to your boss, ask for the better position, challenging job, or a new opportunity. Allow yourself to grow professionally no matter your age. Maybe, you can sell your artwork, your knitting, your baking, your scrapbook creations.

You are worth it! You are truly unique, there is no one other YOU! Remember, life is all perception, you will find those who like you, those who love you, those who no matter what you do to them to make them at least like you, will not. LOVE YOURSELF FIRST, then love everyone else. This is not being selfish, it is being real. If you do not feel proud of yourself, honor the temple of the Divine that your body is, the miraculous housing for your soul, the greatness of your mind, conscious, sub-conscious, and super-conscious, all of your grandiosity, then who will. So then, PUT YOURSELF FIRST, we usually put everyone ahead of us, our children, parents, lover, pets, everyone. Then, we feel neglected, because we have given too much and are expecting the same from all. Well, it is not the case. When you place yourself first, you are giving the best service and giving the best of yourself to every one else. They will experience a more assured, relaxed, appreciative, younger looking, self-respecting reliant individual who can truly care and love them too!

* Learn to shift your perceptions of everything. So many times, in the worst of situations if we shift the perspective of the situation, our thoughts, detach emotionally from it, and look at it from outside our own bubble, one can understand and solve anything much better. So many times, we are hurt, disheartened, unfairly treated, undermined, lowered our self-esteem that we cannot see clearly, even more respond effectively. So by shifting our perception of it, we can easier see all angles of the issue. Thus, be above it all and succeed in its solving.....

* Have a consciously abundant mentality. Richness and wealth are everywhere. Just look at your own body, it renews itself on its own every so often, it grows, re-grows, and is the most miraculous item in nature. Speaking about nature, see how the birds have abundant food, even if it has to fly away from home to get it, like in winter. The grass grows everywhere, and life exists and survives in the most unexpected places on its own. It trusts the cycles of mother nature to be abundant on its

We too, can adjust ourselves to feel abundant. Richness does not only come from monetary gain. Of course, we all want to be self sufficient to be able to cover all our needs, wants, debts, and desires. We want to obtain peace of mind of having not just our basics....

You too can have the best of 2010, make it your true intention to LIVE truly LIVE your life to its fullest potential!....

Amazing things do happen!
Growth and beauty can arise from total chaos

How many people get their inside roof crumble over their heads, have to rebuild it from scratch, have a central air conditioner and a car air broken, four tires about to explode, their car break the brakes, electrical system and power steering in one week’s time. How many are told that their house can be contaminated with asbestos, including their entire family. How many have to live in it for a week, then finally find out it was not asbestos, thank heaven. How many had grey dust/paste, brown coffee grind like material invade their life even in their food, and mere existence.

… How many get the insurance to pay, angels to fix-cleanup-renew their home in a nick of time while receiving the money to pay for it all, yet a mortgage company to hold it saying we’ll send you a fourth of it, and the contractor to finish before it even gets to them.

… How many get their entire contents of their house, even their underclothes, furniture, and all restored, while all of this happens. Even more, how many grow immensely out of the entire situation regardless of the incredible sorrow, frustration, pain, fright, madness, meanness, seeing man’s best and worth in it all.

… How many can find beauty in fallen debris, find hope to see beyond the blocks and sadly unsupportive individuals from institutions, who only see one as a number in millions as the mortgage company. Who, regardless of complete compliance, made it impossible to receive the allocated funds in time, in every way possible. Yet, because of the true angels and heroes, it all still took place. Of my earth angels who lent me a hand in such incredible times such as my mother and aunts.

How many can see beyond it all and know that behind the midst of smoke clouding the clear view, there are incredible reasons that can surely make one wonder about the Divine Intervention in all of this. I truly feel incredibly blessed regardless of the insanity of the situation. It has proven how truth, good will and persistence still prevail.

… How no matter how many terrible people are out there, there are triple the amount of great ones. How one can really grow in the midst of chaos, that one can develop stronger will and intuition, that one can achieve bonds with total strangers from an infinite number of countries and languages, yet lack of words are not barriers. A huge smile and a big heart is all it takes to share extraordinary tales of a lifetime.

This is truly a blessing in an incredible disguise. It has made me realize the greatness of those whom I share this journey with. Those whom I work with, how lucky we are to “have a piece of heaven, no matter if it is not perfect.” How to really appreciate those who partake in this wonderful sharing of our everyday life. How lucky we are to really care for each other. How I have seen so many places of work where they do not have what we have in any way. Truly, I feel so blessed. I am eternally grateful to the angel, sister, great leader I work for and share an extraordinary experience with. A woman who has had the patience, understanding and trust to wait for my return.

How many have to change hotels because in the five star one, in the best place in town is ashamed to have an autistic extraordinary being at their site. Yet, in the family hotel where they moved to, feel like a million dollars and give it 100 stars in scale of 1 to 5. In this new hotel which I have called home for the last couple of weeks. It has been way beyond great! Total strangers have been incredible, understanding, wonderful helpers which make all those who pass by their doors feel so welcome, so well. A place that respects all with dignity and pride. Who feed one, aid one, make one feel not just home, but extraordinarily cared for. Now, that is something to celebrate about.

I have met strangers who have trusted me like my contractor and all his people who without funds practically have performed miracles in my house in order to meet the insurer’s timing to return. They have had the patience to wait for the held fund, but yet have done an extraordinary job. For the ladies, who have seen our lives from the inside out who were the first ones in to pave the way for all to work, and now are getting ready to pave the way back to our return.

To all those, who at the insurer have made it all possible… my infinite gratitude.

To the ones who I feel have helped me keep my sanity and strength, wisdom and hope, who are with me always guiding inspiring and giving me the answers to the deepest of questions, my guardian angels, my many spirit guides specially Santiago Mayor, and the Divine I am Presence of the Infinity within which we call God, the Lord, the Highest, some Jesus, some Buda, some Mohamed, some Brahma, Kwan Yin, St. Michael the Archangel, St Raphael the Archangel, and many others.

I truly feel that many times, because of my spiritual and guidance work, I end up in the midst of incredible chaos which results from my direct intervention in various situations or in order to protect those whom I love dearly, or my clients, or even total strangers and situations. A lot of times, extraordinary energies can come together and bring together explosions of change and creating real problems. They can arise from envy, bad thoughts, feelings, and wishes for others. Yet, if one has great faith, protection from the Divine, and inner strength/believe in the power within to transmute even the worst, then things that can be way worse can change into real blessings no matter the external perception of them. This is definitely one of them.

Many times God writes in broken or moving lines, but in golden letters, for which we can truly learn from if we choose to do so. Life throws at us many different issues, challenges, trials and it is really up to us to loose our minds, go down into the depths of despair or rise triumphantly through it all.

Extraordinary Event Moves Life, Changes One, Creates Growth...

It is amazing how events happen to us that unexpectedly change our lives from one minute to the next. It makes one realize more than ever the power of the eternal NOW!

We had our internal living room ceiling roof collapse about two weeks ago and it has been a challenge, a rough time, a total change in lifestyle in a split of a second, yet it has been one of the most rewarding growth experiences of our lives.

Life throws "fast balls"at one, that when you have special circumstances, or loved ones with challenging abilities increase the effect. I feel so blessed to have the teachings and experience to be able to live up to the times.

I have grown in unsurpassed ways in order to face financial, spiritual, living, mental, and emotional needs of not just myself, but of all of those (5 people) who depend on me for support of all kinds.

I am so much more aware of my strengths, patience, gratefulness, perseverance, and infinite grace/diplomacy. I have faced incredible hurdles that have tested my mind resourcefulness and wit. Have faced extraordinary people with kindness and help, yet have seen those whom seemed rich and powerful in the outside, yet empty and lonely in their hearts. I have seen people pretend to have what they did not own, and look arrogantly failing in the process. I have seen seemingly powerful people and beggars whose wisdom, heart or lack of it proved their real worth. I met those who judged by the feathers of the bird and not by the might of their wings and heart.

To my sisters at Miami Children's Hospital

"I feel so grateful to belong to a wonderful group of people whom I call my friends and sisters. Whom I love dearly and feel so proud of. My dearests, I have seen so much vain and false egos at the areas of where I am currently experiencing my life. A fancy hotel, in a beautiful place, yet empty, oh so empty. We are so lucky to share a wonderful place of work and passion, where we do not judge each other by what we wear, what we own, or the car we drive. A place where we truly care for the heart inside, the soul that feeds our lives, the wink of an eye, the support of each other with true caring and sharing. Oh how lucky are we, now that I see how unhappy so many people are outside our own world, I am more grateful of ours. Rejoice my sisters, 'cause though not perfect, we have a piece of heaven."

I have learned to acquire an infinite compassion towards those who, while thinking they were in a position of power to control the lives of others, were only poorly conceited souls whom used their momentary might to increase their own egos. Yet achieved nothing but loosing a huge potential client on the long run (hotel).

Oh how I have grown, I have met angels who were total strangers who by a twist of fate, came to see us from the inside out, going through our most intimate details and things within our home. How gentle and caring, supporting and showing of real power and might. Of sharing stories of experiences of our lifetimes with a total stranger, yet feel the power of the Divine uniting our hearts and soul as one in a communion of life.

Of hope and the wisdom to look beyond the dirt, the neverending change, the challenges, and yet to experience the awe of being able to dream, start with a clean slate, the look forward to being home again.

My dear friends, it is in the most emotionally intense moments that we have a choice either to grow and acquire great wisdom and immense experience or to drawn in the hopelessness pits of self compassion and despair. "Of course asking ourselves why."

I have chosen to increase my vibrational state in this situation. As one of my favorite authors, Esther and Jerry Hicks say " is this going to raise my vibrational state or is this going to bring me down lower than before? " I choose to grow, change the context of the seemingly difficult situation, smile to those who maybe look mean or conceited, at the total stranger, or to the guy who serves the bread or is my parking attendant.

What a joy to have been able to jump this hurdle, go forth and feel empowered to know that I can go way beyond my own perceived limitations, that nothing is impossible if one has the truth and the persistence to pursue it, that beyond the darkest clouds, thunder and rain, the sun is always there shining better than ever.

I choose to LIVE, LIVE, LIVE and share it with you all!!!

Extraordinary Thoughts On Life As Perceived by Dr. Victor Frankel Shared With Me By Another Amazing Gentleman

Today I shared a communion on life with a total stranger. I exchanged magnificent thought provoking, heart felt thoughts on existence.

A wonderful gentleman with a great visionary perception of life led me to Dr. Victor Frankel, another extraordinary man of wisdom, who got to experience the worst, yet gained a deeper and stronger outlook, and life empowering strength.

As this gentleman said honoring one of his father's quotes: "There is no such thing as coincidence." I share with my readers the following citation:

Victor Frankel On Life...

“Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather he must recognize that it is he who is asked. In a word, each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only answer by being responsible.”

This experience proves to me once again, that life is to be lived, experienced responsibly, and shared. Do not close yourselves to the possibility of exchanging incredible opportunities to share wisdom, a smile, your hand, and even open your soul to anther that the Divine places in your path.

You never know how much and how many memories can be forged by giving your best to all that passes your life. Even if it is an instant, you both could be marked forever. This applies to humans, animals, the trees, the universe as you are experiencing at this moment.
